A Great Resort with Beautiful Nature Overall, we had a very good stay at this resort. It’s a beautiful resort surrounded by amazing nature, with a very clear and beautiful sea. The food was quite good for an all-inclusive (UAI) resort, with a good variety of options. However, unfortunately, our experience at the Italian restaurant was not very good and did not meet our expectations. The gym was good overall, and the service was also very good. However, unfortunately, the gym did not have a plyo box / exercise box for functional exercises such as step-ups, which was a little disappointing. Overall, a very nice resort with beautiful surroundings, crystal-clear sea, good food, and good service. With some improvements to the Italian restaurant and gym equipment, it could be even better.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The hotel was nowhere near the standard we expected. The room was not properly cleaned, the service was extremely poor, and the staff were not helpful or welcoming at all. We had several issues during our stay, and instead of trying to resolve them, the hotel seemed completely uninterested. For the price we paid, the experience was absolutely not worth it. The quality, service, and overall management were far below what you would expect from a hotel of this level. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would definitely not recommend staying here.

Very disappointed with the hotel overall First the positives The room itself is very nice, good quality and comfy bed The staff throughout the hotel are friendly and helpful although some have very poor levels of English and don’t understand simple questions We were lucky enough to have a swim up room So could eat lunch at the private beach however the outside area where to pool is dirty glasses were left for 3 days and never any towels let me be totally honest SAVORY the main restaurant which if you don’t pay for the Alacarte restaurants is the ONLY one you can you is VILE the food is cold, terrible choices, repetitive and extremely poor quality I would avoid it at all costs The breakfast is just about edible We were lucky enough as I complained to be able to eat In the other restaurant’s Italian 7 out of 10 reasonably nice Mediterranean 2 out of 10 poor and had no taste of flavour Japanese 8.5 out of 10 the steak was superb Tepenyaki 6 out of 10 bearing in mind this is 40€ per head it lasted 5 mins and my steak was very well done when I asked for rare Breakfast in Italian 5 out of 10 average Fish restaurant 8.5 out of 10 very fresh and very nice Beach lunch 9 out of 10 really enjoyed Take in to account they can’t really cope when busy at the restaurants and all your food comes out at different times The shuttle service takes you around the resort if you struggle to get up on a high step you will find this hard The resort is massive and scattered so if you don’t like walking of find walking hard this is not the place for you The shop at the main pool is astronomical in price!! We went to buy a lilo they wanted 70€ and googles 35€ For a 5 star resort you do NOT get 5 star service There are much better places to stay I could go on and on but I will leave it at that Avoid this hotel to avoid disappointment For the money you spend if you are used to good quality you would be very upset I am only being honest

This place is absolutely magnificent, from the second you walk in to the place your experience starts with warm and helpfull people. Very good spot of bodrum , one of the best beach you could have a swim at , very good food especially at catch restaurant. Very worth it

The room itself is really beautiful, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. However, unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to the standards you would expect from a 5-star hotel. We found a hair on the bed, and there was visible black mold in the shower. The room also gave the impression that it had been cleaned in a rush, as there were several areas that were still noticeably dirty. For a 5-star hotel, I expected much better attention to cleanliness and detail. The bed also feels quite old and worn. The mattress sinks down in certain areas, including along the sides, which made it less comfortable and gave the impression that some of the furniture and facilities are in need of an update. Unfortunately, the food was also disappointing. Many of the dishes lacked flavor, and the meat was often very dry. The staff were definitely one of the positive aspects of our stay, as they were very kind and helpful. However, despite the beautiful room and friendly staff, I would not give this hotel 5 stars based on our experience. Considering the high price, I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel. For the price you pay, I expected a much higher standard in terms of cleanliness, food quality, the condition of the room, and the overall experience.
