The Plaza Bodrum

First time visiting this part of Türkiye, and therefore our first stay at The Plaza Bodrum. We arrived with high expectations based on the reviews, and the drive up to the hotel certainly didn’t disappoint — absolutely stunning! The views are incredible, and honestly, photos just don’t do them justice. On arrival, we were greeted by the staff, who kindly took our suitcases and directed us to check-in. The process was very straightforward: we simply filled out a form while the team took care of the passport formalities. We were also sent a WhatsApp message with lots of useful and important information, which was a really nice touch. As we arrived early and our room wasn’t quite ready, we were directed towards lunch, which was very welcome as we were absolutely starving! This, however, is where the sense of grandeur seemed to fall slightly short of expectations...

We have previously stayed at several five-star, ultra all-inclusive hotels in Bodrum, but The Plaza Bodrum has truly exceeded all our expectations. In our opinion, this is not simply a five-star hotel – it deserves seven stars! First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr Doğukan, who assisted us so professionally and warmly during the reservation process. A very special thank you goes to Mr Serdar at reception, who welcomed us so wonderfully upon arrival, kindly arranged an upgrade and made it possible for us to check in early. His thoughtful gesture immediately made our holiday feel extra special. Throughout our entire stay, Mr Vakıf, the Assistant, was always there to support us with anything we needed. His professionalism, expertise, respectfulness and genuine willingness to help were truly outstanding. At Privée Beach Club, Mr Sabri made every day enjoyable with his cheerful personality, wonderful hospitality and entertaining approach. He always welcomed us with such positive energy and made our beach club experience even more memorable. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Chef Utku at Catch Seafood Restaurant for the exquisite food and outstanding culinary experience. Every meal was a delight. A special mention must go to Mr Seftan and the entire restaurant team, who provided such friendly, attentive and professional service during all our lunches and the special dinner we reserved to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Their warmth and attention to detail made our celebration even more memorable. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, every member of the team contributed to making our stay truly exceptional. The entire team at The Plaza Bodrum deserves enormous appreciation for their dedication, professionalism and genuine hospitality. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Every little detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the beautiful and elegant décor to the exceptional comfort and peaceful atmosphere. Everything is designed to make guests feel relaxed, welcomed and completely at ease. It is a wonderfully tranquil and luxurious place to unwind and enjoy a truly special holiday. The Plaza Bodrum is a destination we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting Bodrum. The combination of exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, exquisite dining and a wonderfully professional team makes it an experience that is difficult to forget. I stayed at The Plaza Bodrum as a solo traveler and had a great experience. The hotel felt safe, peaceful, and very comfortable for travelling alone. Also I had a birthday during my holiday and the hotel give me a gift and because of that I was very happy!

We spent 11 nights at The Plaza Bodrum and had a truly wonderful holiday. Our room in the main building was right at the top, with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea straight from the balcony — waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. The location of our room was perfect: just steps from Reception, the main restaurant and breakfast, so everything was easy and convenient. The all-inclusive food was excellent and varied. The resort itself is huge and beautifully kept, with many villas and countless picture-perfect, Instagram-worthy spots all around the grounds. We spent lovely time at the pools, and the beach is a real highlight — a nice sandy beach with bars right by the sea, perfect for relaxing with a drink. There are also several à-la-carte restaurants. We only had the chance to try the Italian one, and the food there was absolutely delicious. The setting over the bay in Torba is simply beautiful. What stood out most was the hospitality — the Guest Relations team were warm, attentive and quick to help with everything, from check-in to storing our luggage on departure day. I also celebrated my birthday during our stay, which made it even more special. We would happily return and highly recommend The Plaza Bodrum. Thank you to the whole team for a memorable holiday!
