Dragut Point South Hotel

It was the worst hotel I have ever been too, food absolutely awful had to eat out most nights. The atmosphere is none existent being told to “shush” on multiple occasions. We paid extra to have a room upgrade with a balcony and ended up having a shared balcony that was covered with other peoples clothes. If there was 0 stars this hotel would definitely deserve less than that. Please don’t put yourself through this it’s not worth it.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel failed to meet even basic expectations. The first room we were given smelled strongly of humidity and cigarette smoke, with a depressing view of a dirty street and an unattractive building across the way. After complaining, we were moved to a smaller room, which at least had no smell, but it had a leak inside and the same unpleasant view. The reception staff were unhelpful. At one point we were sent to the kitchen for food, only to find nothing available. A bartender eventually gave us a cold bowl of soup that clearly seemed like leftovers. This set the tone for the rest of the meals: the food was consistently poor, repetitive, and cold. • Day after day, chicken was served for every meal with no variety. • There was no ice cream or yogurt available. • Food was never hot, not even warm. When I asked for my plate to be heated, the waiter refused. • There were no labels on food, so you never knew what you were being served. • At breakfast, even getting milk for cereal meant searching for a waiter, as there were no waitresses. Although music and entertainment were advertised, none were provided. The entire hotel was dirty and poorly maintained. The facilities were equally disappointing: • The TV only displayed a blue screen, and on rare occasions when it worked, the channels were only in the local language. • The blankets were so small they could not cover both face and feet at the same time. • The toilet floors were dangerously slippery. • The water supply was unreliable. Showers were often cold, and at times there was no water at all. Toilets frequently failed to flush, leaving an unpleasant smell in the room. Overall, this hotel was far below standard. Between the poor conditions, lack of cleanliness, repetitive cold food, and basic facility failures, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had while traveling. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

1st impression- backpackers hostel, no balcony in rooms, air con & tv didn’t work for the whole 7 days! They didn’t care, day 3 pool was green & took a day to sort, staff all miserable & uniforms were covered in dirt & food, except one bloke in the bar, pool toilets (only 1 men’s 1 women’s) disgusting by 11am, food was inedible!! We have never experienced food that awful, nothing labelled, all freezing cold, looked unappetising to say the least, all set out at least an hour before service, couldn’t even drink the tea! Proper stewed, no tea bag's to make your own, 1st night I had a small bit of pasta & was violently sick 4 times, only ate boiled egg at breakfast from then on & we ate out at our own expense obviously, on the last day we asked for a free late check out due to all the issues plus there is no shower room to use before the flight home, this was refused she told me our room was booked out & the hotel was full - complete lies! I purposely left the curtains messed up & could see our room from the pool & the cleaners or new guests never went in there!!! We left at 6pm (which is check in time) at this hotel? Thankfully we got there late but again never known at 6pm check in, please don’t waste your money going here, we are not picky fussy people but this holiday experience was terrible, anyone who writes a positive review is obviously getting paid to do so or is a member of staff

I love this hotel! I enjoyed my holidays very much. Rooms were clean and food was delicious - it met my expectations. Staff was also very kind and helpful, especially Ozan from reception, who showed me where everything is located in this hotel. He was always ready to help !

My family and I stayed at this hotel in August and we liked everything. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the food was quite tasty and the rooms were clean. The hotel area is clean and spacious. Also there was an entertainment program in the evening.
