TUI BLUE Tropical

Absolutely love this hotel, I don’t want to bore everyone either with all the lovely things that have already been said., but this hotel really is a little gem . From the first impressions pulling up at reception to the last day checking out everything was perfect , The grounds are absolutely stunning , the bars , restaurants , pools everywhere is spotless , the food is amazing ( and I’m a very picky eater ) we couldn’t find anything to complain about and we have been lucky enough to have travelled to some stunning locations with TUI & First Choice , Aruba, Brazil , Costa Rica , Mexico to name but a few and I can honestly say this hotel is up there with the best of them . The staff are truly a credit to this hotel they go above and beyond to make you holiday something to remember . First trip to TUI Blue Tropical and it won’t be our last. I travelled with my two daughters and we all loved it. We wanted a hotel that had plenty going on, but somewhere we could also relax. Tropical was perfect for that balance. Lovely atmosphere, not over bearing. We really enjoyed the pool and white parties. Plenty of areas to chill if you want to, there was music at the pool but not too loud like some hotels. Music/ pool games etc more lively at times but not constant. Also several pools, shallow ones and a smaller pool with slides for younger kids. We loved the singers at the pool bar/ lunch restaurant, such a nice vibe. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming, they work so hard! We felt well looked after. The hotel and grounds are very clean and just beautiful. We hired a gazebo for the day and really enjoyed this, well worth the money We paid to request room 3104, from reading reviews. This was ideally situated near main reception, restaurant and bar. Great view of the pool and close to everything. The food was the best I’ve known at an all inclusive! So much choice and everything we had was tasty, you could never go hungry here! Carved meats, kebab wraps, stews/ casseroles, Chinese food, soups, pasta dishes, different potato dishes like mashed potatoes, croquettes etc many more. Plain foods for fussy eaters. 3 à la cartes, we ate at the Spice restaurant and enjoyed, but honestly the main restaurant food was so good. Many deserts too, enjoyed the daily fruit crumbles and vanilla sauce! Profiteroles and crème brûlée, cheese cakes etc. I put on a few pounds 😄 Pancakes and ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, annd sometimes strawberry) available throughout the day, special mention to the pancake lady who is so sweet. Loved the water dispensers dotted around the resort, also big bottles of water are supplied in the rooms. Plenty of bars and toilets around - again all very clean. Location is great,20 mins from Dalaman airport. Sarigerme is nice to visit, 20 min walk or 5 mins in taxi (taxis outside hotel, set price £5 one way £9 return) Only an hour or so away from Fethiye if you wanted to venture further. Felt very safe, enjoyed shopping, staff not too pushy, good prices. We did two trips with Basket travel, I’ll review separately but would definitely recommend! We did the 12 islands boat trip and the Dalyan mud baths &turtle beach. Fantastic days out and two trips was just right for us, for a week’s stay. Me and my eldest enjoyed the cocktail making class 😄 We had a photo shoot with Oz, hotel photographer, who is so talented and a really lovely lady. She took some amazing photos of our family and would highly recommend her.. The photo shoot is free, no obligation to buy, photos are £10 each or there are packages available. It’s really hard to fault this hotel! If I had to be really picky, I’d say the activities for kids age 9-11 are a little more limited. My daughter is 11 and feels too old for kids club but too young for the teen activities (some were 12+) For some kids this age, it may be more an issue but for mine it didn’t bother her. She was more than happy in the pool and enjoyed what there was to offer.. She loved the pool party, slides, family dance class, inflatable boards, evening shows and white party. She certainly wasn’t bored. The all inclusive cocktails were a bit hit and miss, but I find this at every AI. There is a premium cocktail menu so you can pay extra for dacquiris and pina colada etc. We always found something we liked, my eldest and I consumed several sex on the beach’s and vodka slushes 😁 there’s a cocktail of the day you can try and the bar staff are accommodating, if there isn’t something you see on the menu. I cannot fault anything else, and as I say that’s me being very picky because we all absolutely loved it and was very sad to leave! This far exceeded our expectations for a 4 star! 2nd visit to this hotel with a group of 5 family and friends, and another excellent stay! Restaurants were just as easy to book through the app a cpl days in advance and I enjoyed each one of them - just mention tour a bigger party in the comments if max says 4. Plenty of choice at the buffet, eating a bit later did mean it was quieter. We enjoyed the relaxation pool and the beach, both quieter as the beginning of May and was getting busier towards the end-not sure what it’d be like in peak season and school holidays! Mixed weather which can’t be helped and again enjoyed a trip in to town for a night out at 5 euros ew. Thanks to the TUI team and buffet restaurant staff - brought balloons and decs for a birthday and they arranged for breakfast along with an ice bucket for the champagne we’d picked up in the duty free. All in all another lovely stay, super clean and a good choice of food and drinks for a great week away out of season!

This is a lovely hotel. There’s lots to do and the food is great. The grounds are stunning and it has everything you could want for a week away. I do have a few negatives for people to be aware of. The sunbed situation - for me around the pool is very very cramped, I didn’t enjoy this at all, it gave 3* vibes, you also had to reserve a bed at 6am if you wanted to be close to the pool. To be honest I’m not normally fussy but you couldn’t move around the pool it’s just such a cramped area - the hotel could do with a few extra pools - there’s plenty of sunbeds it’s more the space around the pool, I just couldn’t relax on a sunbed and watch the kids. Kids Clubs - Abysmal, couldn’t get in harder getting tickets to this than to an oasis gig. Ridiculous to be honest and the excuse of its low season when it’s May half term didn’t really wash well.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at TUI Blue Tropical and honestly could not fault our experience. From the moment we arrived, the whole atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming, relaxing and family friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and extremely well maintained. Our room exceeded expectations — it was modern, spacious, comfortable and always spotless thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team. Travelling with our 8-month-old daughter, comfort and cleanliness were really important to us and the hotel delivered on both. The food, entertainment and overall service throughout the resort were fantastic. There was always something going on during the day and evening, creating such a fun atmosphere without ever feeling overwhelming. Every member of staff we encountered worked incredibly hard and always had a smile on their face. We especially want to mention Arif from the entertainment team, who genuinely made our holiday unforgettable. He was one of the friendliest, most welcoming and engaging staff members we have ever met on a holiday. Every day he made the effort to come and speak to us, remembered us personally and always made us feel included. What meant the most to us was how amazing he was with our daughter. He was so kind, playful and accommodating, which made such a difference to us as first-time parents travelling with a baby. His positivity and energy were infectious, and it was obvious how much he cared about guests having the best possible experience. The activities and entertainment he hosted were brilliant, especially the beach volleyball, darts and evening entertainment. Staff like Arif are the reason guests return to hotels, and he is an absolute credit to both TUI and TUI Blue Tropical. We made so many lovely memories during this holiday and are already talking about coming back. Thank you to everyone at TUI Blue Tropical for such a special stay.
