The hotel was clean today the staff were amazing food plenty to chose from and top service. Our room was always cleaned daily with all the amenities provided and fresh water and tea coffe always topped up. The entertainment was one of the biggest features aswell with loads of activities through the day and the evening entertainment was even better with a mix of cultural dancing and quiz games aswell as the karaoke and I won’t lie I sang a lot Abdullah and Ruya went out there way to get to know everyone and make them feel at home and as I’m a fidget with ADHD there activities were spot on. Needless to say we are already booked to come back in may 👌👌👌

This holiday was my 4th time to the Aes, have to say the entertainment team Apo and Ruya very energetic get involved, play games from 10am don't stop right upto around 11.15 at night, even later if your out out in a cocktail bar. Bar staff, restaurant staff all work very hard with the under manager jumping on board helping tidying the bar area and stacking plates in the restaurant. Maids cleaned our rooms even though we didn't require them every day they still left toilet roll and water. Rooms reasonable size beds comfy enough. Rosa spar staff really worth giving a visit my neck and shoulders were killing me I had a medical massage which was great. Reception staff were very good, on arrival we got our cases brought to our room same as on departure. All in all a great stay would recommend it and I shall be back next June.

Stayed here for 11 nights with my partner. The location was more remote than expected and meant travelling to do any kind of activities. Buses were easily accessible and regular, taxis were prompt and cheap. 99% of the staff were friendly and attentive working hard to give everyone a nice stay. (Except the miserable Elvis lookalike barman) There is an on-site small shop holding very basic supplies at ridiculous prices, it’s worth the short walk up the hill to the local stores. That said, we soon discovered the majority of guests staying there were regular visitors and returned year on year, they were happy with the on site facilities, entertainment around the pool during the day and in the evening, they had no intention of venturing out. Apo and Ria the entertainment team were so friendly and made the atmosphere like a family backyard pool party. If you are a fan of blaring music 12 hours a day then this is the place for you. If you are hoping for a quiet day lying by the pool, forget it! The pool area is very clean and the pool a nice depth……it’s just freezing! Our room was unfortunately on the ground floor at the back of the hotel, so was very dark. Cleaners came in daily for basic tasks and to put some water in the fridge. Balcony was tiny and when the door was open there was an eggy drain smell which was unpleasant. It also meant we were a banquet for mosquitoes. The food was varied, so if you are a fussy eater like me you will find something different each day, you won’t go hungry. Deserts are strange and very milk based. The waiting staff in the restaurant work really hard and the restaurant was very clean. Overall this place is nice and good value for money, but for me it was too remote.

The hotel was clean and staff lovely but the food was very repetitive daily staying for two weeks with a repetitive menu was hard. I won't be going back.

We had a great stay all staff were very friendly, food was okay could have had more choices. Entertainment team apo and ria were amazing ! All round would recommend coming here . We will consider coming back !
