Excellent hotel! The service is very nice and professional, especially Mert at the bar, who makes great drinks and adds a smile to your day!

Mert was a very very good bartender very welcoming and friendly he makes very amazing cocktails and he made the experience 100x better so Thankyou to mert he is one of a kind staff

Amazing holiday, never disappoints!!! I’ve been twice and it’s never changed we love it as a family holiday and a couples getaway the bar staff are so accommodating and love to make you whatever you can think of, merts cocktails are specifically amazing and he’s so polite and loves to make you laugh! The cleaners always ensure your room is as if you have just walked in. The food is always on point whether you have booked a restaurant or go to the buffet.

Just stayed here in June and wow I have nothing but positives to say😍 The room, the food, the bars just everything about this place is 10/10. The food was amazing weather it was an alacarte or the main buffet it was absolutely delicious. Bars and the staff top top, me and my partners favourite who stood out and went above and beyond was mehmet at the main bar (Bar Captain Mehmet) and kadir. They were spot on and always attentive and alert and also the most friendliest and just super amazing made our time there 10x better. All the staff worked so hard and were super polite cannot fault them at all! The swimming pool was a perfect temperature almost felt heated and the sea was super warm aswell!! Our room was nice stayed in the newly refurbed sienna room- it’s really nice and beautiful however won’t stay there again due to just the far walk to the main hotel area and room had a few problems - the reception team were super efficient and quick to have the problems resolved just needed our toilet to stop running and the shower to drain a little better which was sorted by day 2! We wanted to upgrade to swim up, but be cautious it’s fully booked for 3 months!! We will defo be returning without a doubt the place just just absolutely beautiful and positive for those who like a drink - spirits all branded ie Smirnoff etc. Thank you to all the staff for making the stay extra great we are definitely returning next year!!🌞🌴😊

Everything about our holiday at Club Tuana was absolutely incredible. Beautiful location, amazing evening entertainment and would highly recommend the Banana boat safari - this was one of the highlights for us! We went as a family of 3 with an 8 year old and stayed in one of the swim up Lagoon rooms which was amazing. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. We didn’t want to leave after 7 nights and will certainly be back in the future! Thank you so much to all the team at Tuana for our favourite family holiday yet.
