Elite World Marmaris

Spent 5 days at Elite World with my mum and had a wonderful time. Arrived to friendly very staff who gave us a quick tour before sending us to the snack bar to fill our stomachs after the long journey - food was lovely every time from the snack bar. Rooms were lovely and clean, everything you needed and the best shower pressure you will ever experience in your life. The food and drinks at Elite were amazing. Not the most options I've had at a buffet, but everything is delicious at breakfast, lunch and dinner. They really know how to cook beef and turkey in particular. The drinks also are great. The gents at the pool bar know how to make an excellent cocktail and do not skimp on the alcohol which was a plus for us. We spent every day at the beach as the pool was a tad to crowded for us, not a huge amount of sun loungers. The beach was just a short 1 minute walk and was lovely and clean. Mustafa works his backside off morning till night, keeping it clean and running back and forth with anything you order from nearby bars - along with the young fella who works with him. A definite highlight for us was the lovely staff. The folks at the restaurant in particular worked so hard and couldn't do enough. We had Semsi pretty much every night and she was a lovely hard worker. Mehmet was our breakfast guy and always greeted us kindly made a great effort to get us anything we needed. Really lovely people. Sadly there was just one thing that let down our experience. We had a late flight home, our pick up was 7pm. The day before we left we asked the front desk if we could get a late check-out and were told to come back tomorrow but our room was available. So we come back the following morning and are greeted by a different person, a woman with shorter black hair. She looked annoyed at our request and told us the room was ONLY free until 3pm for a £65 fee. We were shocked by her attitude and asked if there was any possibility to extend it as my mother is disabled (uses wheelchair and walking stick) and sitting in the lobby for 4 hours would be very painful for her but she barely even looked as we spoke. At that request all of a sudden the room was magically available till 7pm but for MORE money. Such a shame how the holiday ended with one person trying to scam more money from us. But as previously mentioned all the other staff couldn't do enough for you, just good luck if you encounter this woman. Overall Elite world was a great stay and we'd definitely consider going back.

Hotel wonderful The spa and staff are fantastic well worth a visit

Hotel spotless, staff exceptionally friendly . Hotel rooms very well decorated a bit small but recommend getting a room with balcony. Pool not that large but not many people going in it, which was good as then meant i could also get a good swim in. There was a couple of times we could not get sunbeds but most of the time we could. The spa in the hotel was good, thoroughly recommend the Turkish massage. £10 cheaper if you pay by cash, please note the cash points in town charge a lot in order to take any money out, for example I wanted to take £300 out and it wanted to charge me nearly £40. The hotel in the spa does take British money so you’re better off bringing cash with you. The food there is a good choice for breakfast lunch and dinner, always a large salad bar and lots of options, not so much Choice if you’re vegetarian and advice to the hotel is to label anything that is vegetarian, as sometimes it’s difficult to tell again everything extremely clean and spotless. There is a snack bar but it is the same every day. The pizzas are exceptional but it would be nice if they could have changed the menu up a bit. Not much in the way of entertainment in the hotel couple of nights someone came and sang. Also at night time you can hear the music from the restaurants and bars around you. The area is extremely beautiful and the beach is nice, with great views of the Water and the mountains. The overall area is very commercial, no real character to the town. It is very nice to walk along the beach and the further away you go the less commercial it becomes. There are some nice cheap trips particularly recommend going on a boat trip. I would recommend booking any trips through the hotel. It was just as cheap as anywhere else I could find , and the person in the hotel doing the booking was very helpful and always made sure we were well looked after.

This is a great hotel, the staff and service is exceptional, the food is varied everyday and very tasty. The amenities were great.

I stayed for a week at Elite World Marmaris in June and it was a great time! The location is excellent, the beach is clean and there are always free sunbeds available, so there is no problem with that. The food is also delicious, with a lot of meat, vegetables and sweet options, so everyone can find something for themselves. The cleaning service is excellent. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Beyza from Guest Relations – she is a true professional who genuinely cares about clients, always ready to help, and does her best to find a solution for guests. It was a great pleasure meeting her.
