This was our 3rd time staying at Fortuna Beach. We absolutely love this hotel. The staff are amazing. Mehmet and his team are an absolute credit to the hotel. My 3 year old was recently diagnosed with T1D and Coeliac. We brought GF pizza bases, pasta etc from home incase they couldnt accommodate him. Mehmet and Arda went above and beyond to make sure he had gluten free options at all times. They even cooked his meals separately to ensure there was no cross contamination. The hotel is small and very very clean. Reception staff are wonderful and very helpful. We got to keep our room on, on the last day as we had an evening flight. No issues at all. The cleaners are very friendly. They always make such an effort with our son and always leave clean fresh towels. Plenty of toiletries. The food has improved over the past 3 years but if you are wanting a big variety of food for each meal this hotel isnt for you. It is a small hotel after all. The desserts are amazing! The only downside to the food i would say is there isnt a big variety of fresh fruit. There is a fruit shop about 10 minute walk away which we visit as our son loves his fruit. There are no queues for food which is brilliant. The bar staff in the hotel are also fantastic. Very chatty and friendly. No queues to getting drinks. Pool area is immaculate. Gorken (really sorry if ive spelt that wrong) is the best bar man we have every came across. He is a real credit to the hotel. At the end of the night the sunbeds are stored away while the pool and floor tiles are washed down ready for a new day. We absolutely love this hotel and cant wait to be back in 2027!

Where to start, I have never been to a hotel where the staff are so caring considerate, helpful, courteous ,polite, I could go on & on. Thank you to Suphi, everyone who has helped us. We have been coming to this hotel for at least 10 years. The location is second to none, its clean the food is very good, the rooms comfortable. It is like home from home, So to everyone a very big thank you. As long as we're able, we will return.❤️ Best hotel & staff in Icmeler.
Staff all friendly and very helpful from cleaners right through to management they all went the extra mile for all the guests.An extra thank you to Memet,Suffy andAsh who treated everyone as if they were all family.Will definitely return next year as will many of the friends we met there.
Another wonderful holiday at this marvellous hotel.It is clean.goodfood and plenty of it,great views but most of all staff who go above and beyond ecpectatuins. They cannit do enough for their guests.Our thanks and best wishes to them all espevially Mehmet and Suphi = see you all next May
