Just returned from this hotel which we booked as we were travelling with our two adult daughters and their families. Would definitely not recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing quiet stay. I’d like to start with the positives but I’m struggling to find that many to list. We found the staff very friendly and helpful and the entertainment staff definitely put a shift in, our room was quite nice overlooking the pool and on the third floor , it was kept clean and tidy and towels changed every day but I’m afraid the negatives out weigh the positives. The food at best was mediocre, there was an outside grill area where food was cooked to order which was better than the main restaurant. The salad options were a little bland and uninspiring and fruit options limited, don’t expect too many healthy options. No Al la carte restaurant either. The sister hotel was a lot quieter but you couldn’t use your all inclusive pass there. The pool was freezing, the sun beds were packed close together and always soaking wet in the morning , take your own beach towels as non were provided. The pool bar area was quite nice with quite a few tables to sit at .Evening entertainment started much to late and as a result there was a lot of unruly children running round late at night . When we arrived at midnight karaoke was going full swing in the “pub” but fortunately for us this didn’t prove to be the trend . The pub is very small with just three booths so not very relaxing either. We tended to retire quite early( before 11pm) but we were frequently disturbed by children knocking on our door and shouting down the corridors. Often children were up till past midnight without a lot of parental supervision. Our grand children had a good time particularly on the slides in the pool and enjoyed some activities provided by the kids club and the mini disco at night. It’s unlikely we will be returning
Ethan in the Buddha spa was really helpful and we enjoyed our experience in the spa. I recommend it.
Really good stay with family Staff very good. Went that extra mile to make sure you and everyone was having a great holiday.. Going again for a longer break Top place
Regular guests - fantastic staff, clean and hospitable. We come here at least twice a year! Everyone is accommodating - drinks great food wide selection and staff will accommodate if you need an alternative. Any issues management always happy to help
This hotel was exactly what you pay for. Not 5 star but a very good three and could go to 4 with some upgrading. The reviews I think are unfair as the food is plentiful wether you like to eat healthy or not there are a lot of options.the food is nice and definitely not disgusting as some have stated. Some of the sunbeds could definitely be replaced as not in great condition but still usable.most are close together but some aren't. There are plenty of safety matts around the pool so you can avoid slipping. Pool was cold as it was October but it didn't put anyone off.pool is cleaned and tested numerous times.outside area cleaned and hosed daily or more. All staff are courteous, friendly and helpful and work hard.bar runs like clockwork. Room is spacious and clean and cleaned daily. I find it very impossible that anyone would starve and you need to remember you aren't in the UK or Ireland and fruit juices and tea etc are goin to taste different. You aren't staying forever and I'm sure you won't die waiting a week to get back to your own foods and drink. You make the most of small changes and enjoy it ,bit unnecessary to be complaining so much. Would definitely come back as there is a chilled vibe and it's a great location .
