Grand Cettia

We are recently back from here and it was an experience, the staff were good nice clean hotel and entertainment around the pool was good, but aircon was none existent in the room was pointless the food was not very good it was very repetitive and the food that was nice there wasent enough of, there was to many guest as well food time was like feeding time at the zoo queues for the food people pushing shoving and cutting in front of each other for food if your not down esrly you don’t get a decent table either, the pool was to small after 10 clock the pool was really busy you couldn’t move everyone bumped into each other and hard to be able to play with your kids in the pool, the life guards were useless I saw her use the whistle twice while on holiday to tell people off the that it and there kids climbing all over the slides doing thing they should do and they never once stopped them from doing this, the kids pool was freezing so barely anyone used and everyone used the main pool which made it worse it was busy all day you have be down for sun beds between 5 and 6 otherwise you don’t get a good bed and when you have kids you need to be down early so you can be close to the water so they don’t burn there feet on the floor, everyone take beds and stay on them till 7 and it allowed I used tick-tock and posted a video about it, they have tried to cram to much into one small area which is not good everyone was pushing past each other, there was one incident were a little girl went down the slide and someone dint wait properly and went over the top of her luckily her dad jumped in and rescued her from the water because the life guards dint do anything they have allowed to many people in the hotel and they struggle to occupy them the entertainment was to late on the night my kids were tierd by 930pm and wanted to go to the room so that need sorting it on way to late for kids it not a 4 star hotel at all I would say 3 stars at a push

Our first time at this hotel, would come again. Had a brilliant stay and the kids enjoyed it. Entertainment team is fantastic big shout out to Lucifer who's very helpful with anything you need and always has good vibes 😁

Great 10 days here bar staff excellent Serkan best barman in there. And for the entertainment team lucifer John Denis, what a group of lads 10/10 would recommend

WOW!! Amazing holiday!! The entertainment team really made our time here unforgettable!! Barney, Deniz, John you are all fantastic and not forgetting my favourite Lucifer! The team work so hard to get everyone involved. My family really could not have wished for a better holiday. We are so sad it’s over and already looking to return. The bar staff, special mention to Serkan who is so lovely and very helpful.

Fantastic stay at Grand cettia hotel as a family of 10. Big shout out to the entertainment team, especially Lucifer, Dennis and John and bar staff member Serkan all of these guys made our holiday so much more fun and they work so hard. We will all miss you xxx
