Grand Ideal Premium Hotel

I couldn't recommend this place enough. From the staff, the fresh produce the differing foods displayed each day and night. The staff are also on another level of friendly. They take their time to make sure you're taken care of from simple requests like having a flat soda, or even a simple mistake. Things are simply resolved without a fuss. The Manager, köksal zehra cansu engin hakan is a friendly down ti earth person along with all the people employed. This is the best hotel in the pd hotels group. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is clean, the food is nice. We had to check out at 12 noon with a 3 year old because we couldn't keep our room on and the service was poor. We had to wait 7 hours in reception waiting to be picked up at 7pm. They seem to care when you arrive but not when you leave. I overheard another 2 mums complaining of the same issue. So if you have a family be aware when leaving to go home and your flight times.

Only gave a four due to view from our room but that’s our opinion & also the lifts are very small so you have to wait a fair while to get in one not very good if elderly or have mobility issues standing around waiting also not great for families with buggies.The staff around the hotel a five star 🌟 apart from reception staff very miserable like they don’t want to be there. Pool area to cramped for our liking .Hotel very clean & tidy. Food was fine.Location is easy walking distance to beach,bars & shops. Overall enjoyed our stay

First family holiday together with 3 children ages 5, 6 and 8. Can't fault the hotel. Spotlessly clean, constantly making sure you've got enough drinks at dinner and all mealtimes. Very friendly staff, special shout out to the children's entertainer Cennet. She knew all my children's names and always greeted them when she saw them. A great place to escape the sun and do some colouring and relax. When my son hurt his foot she instantly jumped in and had a first aid kit to hand. Onsite shop, hairdressers and convenience shop, which is very handy! Location of the hotel is fantastic, very central, 2 min walk to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The only downside is as we had interconnecting rooms they face the main road which can get a little noisy at night but we was all so tired we slept well. Food is fantastic and a great variety every night including fresh bbq food every night. I felt totally safe and have already looked at returning next year!!

Had an amazing time, entertainment team amazing especially Iso. Hotel fab, can't fault it
