Food quite repetitive and the entertainment bingo was the same cheesy jokes on repeat. The nighttime entertainment was good, especially the light/laser show. Paper cups for drinks but they are happy to fill your own bought plastic cups, no matter the size. Nothing much going on through the day, the usual killer pool which the kids love. This hotel is very much full of families with young kids that are allowed to do what they want day and night so be mindful of that. Overall, not a bad stay.

5th time to the grand & again didnt disappoint everything about this hotel is great from the reception to the rooms food nuff said anyway we,re back in may 2026 & probably sept bring it on 😀

We stayed from Aug 23–31. Poor hotel management, safety concerns, and unresolved issues ruined what should have been a relaxing family holiday. The shower was unusable for over 5 days due to a broken holder. I reported it 6 times, and only after I escalated it again on the 6th day was it fixed. My wife was hit by debris when a lobby ceiling light exploded. When I reported this to the guest liaison Tanya, her response was dismissive, and she initially refused to provide her name. There was no follow-up from the hotel at all. Thankfully, Jet2 rep Laura stepped in, took my wife to the doctor, and supported us. Sunbeds were "reserved" overnight with towels, leaving none available in the mornings. Staff admitted this happens daily, but management did nothing to stop it. The only highlights were Toprak and Berat in the restaurant, and Daisy from the entertainment team — all welcoming, friendly, and professional. Sadly, these few positives were overshadowed by service failures, safety issues, and lost time. Avoid this hotel unless serious changes are made.
