Grand Pasa

Our holiday woukd have been so much more enjoyable if it wasnt for the thumping music that the horel plays everywhere around the pool and seating / sunbed area, it would be okay if it was easy listening but its not, its nightclub, thumping dance music and gave me a constant headache. You cant esvape it, there is no quiet arpund the pool. I just wsnted a space to lay down and enjoy, relax and read my book. I did ask the entertainment team if they could turn it down as it was so so loud. It was turned down however the volume was put qay back up after about 20 minutes. When i spoke to the entertainment team about the constant thumping dance music they said all the other guests like it however i know thats not true as i spoke to alot of guests about it and they the same. So please Grand Pasa make some changes and dont have thmping very loud dance music on all day. Perhaps have it on for a period during the day when the entertainmentcteam are doing pool games. You really are not doing the horrl and justice with the awful noise. Sadly i wont be returning to the hotel due to the constant v.loud music.

We visited Grand Pasa hotel right at the end of the 2025 season . The hotel was nice , very clean , and friendly staff . We are all inclusive , food was good , but but not 5 star . Drinks were good , but beer selection was poor . Rooms were clean and spacious , we slept with the balcony door open . Only down side was we could hear a constant dog barking at night . I will visit this hotel again sometime, just one more point / the al a cart restaurant was very good .

We have just got back from an absolutely amazing stay at the Grand Pasa hotel. We read a few negative reviews before we went and we were a bit concerned that it might not be up to much, but our fears were soon removed upon arrival, as we were given a very warm welcome from the reception staff and the bell boy that took our cases to our room. We read some reviews that said that the staff were rude, but we can honestly say that we didn’t encounter any rudeness from any staff at all and if anything, they couldn’t help out enough. The food and drink selection was very good (some reviews had slated them) but the cocktails were quite strong and I’m sure there would be something to cater for most tastes. We visited the à la carte restaurant one evening and it cost just £5 (7 euros)extra per person and we weren’t expecting it to be very good, but it was absolutely amazing and the only advice that we could give anyone thinking of doing this, is to make sure that you are hungry, as there was loads of food and it was faultless service all night too! Yasar was our waiter in the main restaurant in the mornings and evenings and he is an absolute treasure, a real asset to the hotel! The evening entertainment wasn’t the best, but I’m sure that younger guests would be kept amused by it?

Just had another fantastic holiday at Grand Pasa. Can’t fault anything. This is my second time here and certainly won’t be the last. Entertainment team are fantastic. They work day and night: and so hardworking. Special shout out to Caner & Zayn. They put so many things on day and night. Food very nice and so much choice.: Staff go above and beyond for you. Love this place. 100% recommend.

Amazing hotel. Fabulous holiday. The entertainment really made an effort to get to know us. Wide variety of entertainment across the week - so much fun. Thanks to Connor and Zayn for their effort throughout the week. This was our second visit and already planning our next!
