This is incredible value. The hotel is situated on a quiet road, off a busier road about 20 mins drive from Fethiye Town and 60 mins from the airport. There are a few shops and restaurants within about 10-20 walk away. It’s a fabulous place. All staff there are so lovely, friendly and helpful. It is incredibly clean and well kept. There were a few tatty bits in our room but nothing significant. The hotel grounds are beautiful with a dog, well loved cats and tortoises living there too. The pool area is cleaned everyday - and I didn’t see any rubbish for more than an hour or so. There are always staff clearing away cups etc. It is on a hill so be aware if you have mobility issues and I do appreciate that it may not be wheelchair friendly. The food is brilliant. Don’t go expecting Michelin star meals because you’re not paying Michelin star prices, but there is a huge variety everyday. Breakfast is 7.30-10, with hot food, continental food, cereals, puddings, fresh fruit, meats and cheeses everyday. There are chefs cooking pancakes and a special mention should be for the omelette guy who made us a delicious breakfast everyday! Lunch is 12.30-2 and again, an array of hot food, salads, fresh fruit, meats and cheeses, and puddings. There is also standard English fayre like chips, pizza too. There are snacks after lunch until 4ish, and then ice cream 4-5pm. Why people moan about only being an hour I have no idea - there were plenty of other options available throughout the day should you be hungry, and you could tell that everyone was enjoying their ice cream at that time. Dinner is 7.30-9.30 and again, hot food, meats and cheeses, huge salad options, fruit, puddings and English options too. There is always hot drinks and bottled water available (self service) and I believe late night snacks too. Local spirits are fine and there are cocktails included in the all inclusive. I cannot imagine how anyone could be hungry there! There was also lots of variety - we were there a week and although there were some standard options like rice or pasta, we didn’t have the same meal twice - curries, traditional Turkish options like kebabs, grilled fish, shepherds pie, veggie options etc so we didn’t ever feel repetitive and boring. Even the English food wasn’t repeated - burgers one night, hotdogs the next, chicken wings etc There are two pools - one more for families and those who enjoy using balls and inflatables and they have music playing loudly for a few hours in the afternoon. They also have volleyball and water polo organised by the hotel which my children (teens) enjoyed. And then there is a second pool - no music, no loud parties etc if you prefer it on the quiet side. We enjoyed a mixture of both. The hotel can organise the shuttle bus to Sugar Bay beach and you just need to pay for loungers (or a cabana which was £50 for 6 people) which was fun. There is a nice restaurant there and it was lovely just to have a day by the sea. We enjoyed the cable car - about 10 mins in a cab - which was really well done - very new and reasonably priced. A nice cafe up the top with delicious ice cream etc. and paragliding for those who want to! Can be there as long as you like. All in all it was a fabulous week away - happy and content children which equals happy and content parents. Brilliant value and definitely worth a visit.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 week June 2026. This is a factual review so this is my opinion of the facilities. The location of the hotel requires taxis to get you to local places, all taxis are quite reasonably priced, but you can get a free shuttle bus to a local beach. The hotel is really not equipped for individuals with mobility issues, there are no lifts, and disabled access or push chair/buggies are not catered for. All-inclusive is allocated 2 hours for breakfast, 2 hours at lunch and dinner. Drinks are local alcoholic and served up to midnight, the cocktails are alright but you can get better if you go out to other areas. The hotel allows smokers in all areas so if you dislike smoke you will need to keep moving away dependant upon who is near you at the time ( I don't like the smell of cigarettes so struggled with this) Ice cream is only available from 4-5pm and children were desperate for this by late afternoon. There is one small shop located on site and a hang bag shop. The pool does not have shallow steps, so if you are unsteady on your feet you really need to take care getting in and out. Sun beds were not too difficult to obtain, but you may struggle to get shady areas or parasols. All staff were helpful and friendly, but I was left feeling like this hotel felt more like a boot camp walking up the hill to my room, block 6. Aside from this there are many people who return and love the place so it does work for a lot of people. Just please note the mobility issues or if you would prefer more flexibility from an all-inclusive you may want to do some more research.

We have just come back from an amazing 2 weeks holiday at Greenland. This was our 2nd time and will be back for a 3rd in September! Absolutely amazing hotel, really good range of food choices, different each night and certainly something for everyone! The drinks are great too, they have rum, vodka wine and beer but also do flavoured syrups so if you fancy a peach vodka and lemonade, they’ve got you! Cocktails are amazing as well they will do anything to cater if they have it. The staff are so kind and really go out of their way to make your stay the best, especially Berkaye, Gushin, Borak. All of them are such a great asset to the hotel. The hotel is well maintained, the flowers are so well taken care of and make the hotel stand out so much. The best part about this hotel is that there’s always a sunbed. No sunbed wars ever in the 2 weeks I stayed there, me and my partner had some late nights and came down about 11am and always found 2 sunbeds next to each other! The evening entertainment is good as well, always getting guests up on stage, dancing singing, the lot. Really great for kids, there were a few there during our stay and Rosie was really good with them. There is a top pool if you want a quieter holiday and a bottom pool if you like the music going, activities and a bit more of a lively atmosphere. The hotel is a bit of a walk into Hisaranou but it’s about 330TL one way in a taxi so not bad at all, but we only went out 3 of the nights as we enjoyed our time in the hotel so much. Everyone is really friendly. It was my partners birthday when we was there and the staff played happy birthday as we requested and everyone sung, it’s the small things that count. The cleaner made towel art and placed flowers on the bed for him as her way of saying happy birthday. 10000% worth the money! See you in September ❤️🌴

Our second time at this hotel and it was even better this time the hotel was clean and every member of staff were so lovely friendly and helpful Rosie in the restaurant always had a smile and the bar staff were so funny polite and friendly Berkay and hasan honestly made our trip absolutely hilarious we are already looking at booking for next year If you get a chance please book you will not be disappointed

I came here for the first time in 2024 with my mum and instantly fell in love with it, and we both knew we’d have to come back, this time we brought our two best friends who both fell in love with the place just like we knew they would. We felt relaxed the instant we arrived. The male on check in was very welcoming and helped us to our rooms. The bar staff and restaurant were all just extremely lovely and polite, all smiles on their faces and not afraid of having a little chat. One bar staff even remembered our orders just days in to our stay which just adds to it. The cleaners we came across were also extremely friendly and such a nice touch when they say hello in passing. The couple in the shop. Absolutely love them! We met them first back in 2024 and we were excited to see them again when we came back and spend most of our lira there because of how nice they both are. Hasan and Berkay are just incredible people. Not once did we go without a conversation in the day, and laughing 90% of the time when they were around. I will be back next year ready to beat Berkay at table tennis though! The area is just extremely peaceful and the backdrop of the mountains is just absolutely stunning. It all just compliments each other. We never went hungry, we would always find something to eat, considering we’re somewhat fussy eaters, but all meals we were satisfied. Evening entertainment was great! From bingo to Afrobeats and all in between were great. When Hasan was doing the entertainment we knew we’d end up laughing which of course we did. A MUST DO is the hotel boat trip! Simply fantastic! (Berkay having sea sickness tablets definitely helped) The swim stops were beautiful! Except from being splashed by Berkay at the coldest spot of them all, however all is forgiven 🤣. We are all ready to come back next year for another stay and just hope the days don’t fly by like they did this time 💔
