Hawaii

We are just home from yet another wonderful holiday at the Hawaii Hotel. We just love everything about the it. Bulet Bey the manager, has to be applauded for the smooth running of the hotel. Every department is a credit to him. We have stayed in many 5* hotels & have yet to see the chef at the entrance of the buffet room.He is there to make sure everything runs smooth & to answer any questions guests may have about the food. To the person who said there was no English breakfast, you have to remember you are in Turkey & not UK. There is plenty of choice of hot and cold dishes for all meals.All the staff look happy in their work,which is very important to us. Everywhere is spotless and clean, the cleaners are very friendly and hard working. I also love the cutting down of plastic water bottles by having a water cooler to refill your bottle anytime. Thank you again to all the staff, for making our 2nd stay at the Hawaii a very pleasant one. Hope to see you all again in October. Diane & Jon Wright

Bad experince from day sorry to say My view was next hotel looked like building site .no live entertiment on nights? Dont no why no fresh orange juice?same selection of food each .the music for bar horrible . Not a lot of staff could speaking english .no large beded on bed just a white cotton sheet with air hole s in very uncomfortable...no english brekfast ....

Very helpful staff especially restaurant staff. Mehmet and chef Omer are top notch. Rooms basic but exceptionally clean.

Beautiful hotel with amazing food, with the presentation and layout in the restaurant. Staff are all very kind and helpful. The hotel and pool area are spotless. The restaurant management staff are attentive and always deliver fantastic service. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. I’ll definitely be back and 100% recommend to stay here.

Great location close to the beach very relaxing great food rooms could be bigger but clean and the sat are amazing very helpful and can't do enough to help well done Mehmet and his team from billy and debs
