Every year our family loves to stay there

We love this place. It was our second time and it was even better this time which we thought would not be possible. The natural beauty is exquisite, the food is amazing and there is so much to do. The renovation of the rooms has turned out beautifully. We were a bit taken aback the first time we came at the size and configuration of the rooms but knew what to expect this time around and the new decor is lovely. We have loved every minute. It would be great if more of the staff could speak English but they would always call an English speaking colleague if they couldn’t help. Serenity Beach and the Silent Beach are extra special.

If you put everything you want from a holiday into an AI App this Resort would come out top. The Animation Team (Obed, Gaia, Eva, Alexis, Allen, Kayla, Diogo, Cyrielle, Hamza, Nadine, Ricky and Giuliano - these are the members of the Team I met - There are 17 in total) are professional dancers of the highest calibre applying an incredible energy to every Show. Yes! They are all West End Shows. The main restaurant with Zafer at its helm is out of this world. We were treated like royalty by Esme, Emir, Sezer and Ali. Each morning the incredible Nurdan was there to help me find my deckchair. You are all truly Bellissimo!

Outstanding location and service. Almost nothing I could fault. Beach areas really good, fabulous swim lanes, excellent food choices and quality, plus best rooms are better now than they were. We have been twice here and rare for us, but we will go again. Ummu, Mertkan and Qadir super helpful in restaurants. They really gave us VIP service, and we never had to ask and certainly never chase a single thing.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful bay. Loads of sport activities, a lovely spa and great kids club. Two adult only beaches if you are travelling without children. The food in the Main Restaurant is a very high standard with an amazing choice on offer. This restaurant included complimentary wine & beer for lunch and dinner. The Beach Restaurant has great food which is included but alcohol is chargeable. Great evening entertainment. Lots of steps to get to rooms, but there are two funiculars.
