First time at this hotel after coming to icmeler for years and will definitely be returning, couldn't go anywhere else now, the staff make the hotel and are amazing. Sanem at Jacob's was fantastic first time at microblading eyebrows and omg we will be back every year for top ups, outstanding x

We love the location so close to the beach. Staff are superb and could not fault any of them. Lunch & breakfast were superb, especially sweets & salads. Negatives were poor quality main courses that were very disappointing. Also being pressured by jewelry shop staff to make purchases. We had loved our stay in May 25 and noticed the meals were not the same quality in 2026. Significant price rise though.

Such a lovely experience. Perfect in every way. The staff across all services in the hotel are superb as the service. The animation team, restaurant, pool & bar staff are amazing. The services in the salon are great too, including manicures & eyebrow microblading. We would return in a heartbeat 🩷

My family and I have just returned from our second visit to this fabulous hotel. From start to finish this holiday was amazing again. All the staff are so professional and really do go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. The hotel had also set up a fabulous area with two huge screens to watch the World Cup. They also laid on food every day for anyone watching the games. My family also like to take part in all the games put on by the entertainment team throughout the day from darts, bouche, cornhole, shooting and of course all the pool games like water polo. The team are so friendly and put on some fabulous entertainment nite and day. The pool parties and the white night were amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed them. I would like to mention all of the people who made our stay just perfect. George the lifeguard who was always on hand to help during the day. Sait in the restaurant who always had a table for us and had our drinks ready and waiting for us every day. Umut, Samet and Roni our friendly waiters who again kept our drinks topped up every day. Our cleaner merla who did a fabulous job every day in our rooms and who left us little decorations on our beds every day. The entertainment team Jem, Dougo, Enzo and the two Rains who were fantastic every day. See you all next year and thanks again Aqua.
