Hotel Poseidon

The staff, service, rooms and food were amazing and I couldn't fault them. What let the place down was the nearby bars playiny ridiculously loud music until after midnight. It was impossible to sleep before this time.

My fella and me had a great time at The Poseidon Hotel. Lovely atmosphere, on the beach front. Views stunning. All inclusive gave us constant food and drink, icecream, deserts. The staff couldnt do enough to provide us with anything we needed. Hotel is clean, smells clean, beds are big, rooms cleaned daily, we never had to ask for anything. Staff are friendly, happy and polite. Honestly I would highly recommend this hotel. Really enjoyed myself.

My wife and I travel regularly all over the World and rely on Trip Advisor reviews when planning, so we try to give a fair evaluation to enable others to make an informed decision. The Poseidon Hotel has some very good as well as some disappointing features for experienced travellers over the age of 30 who are looking for a quality holiday. The good - our suite was very pleasant with excellent sea views. Our maid, Seher, was very friendly and efficient. The reception team was very good, with the exception of the Russian lady who was both unfriendly and unhelpful, including lying to us on more than one occasion. Special mention for Onur on reception, who was very friendly, very knowledgeable and very helpful. The buffet restaurant team were all friendly, excellent and efficient. Special mention of Seyfullah, Osman and Arda. Burak who ran Customer Relations and Nuray, one of the Management team, were also very friendly, helpful and attentive, particularly in handling some legitimate complaints that I will detail below. The not so good - being all inclusive, the hotel attracts many 18 to 30 year olds who drink far too much and become very loud. They are intent on what they describe as 'having a good time' and have absolutely no respect for the effect that their actions are having on other guests. At one point the unacceptable behaviour of one group became so bad that the management had to threaten to evict them. Sadly for us, most of these ignorant and selfish guests were British. The buffet food is plentiful but uninspiring. It is also often luke warm and on one occasion we took cheeseburgers straight from the kitchen only to discover that they were cold ! Many guests expressed the same comments about the food. The final bad point is not actually the fault of the hotel. It is the fact that there are 2 bars right next to the hotel who blast out very loud music until well after midnight every night. It was so loud that it was impossible to sleep or hear the TV (as the hotel limits the TV volume to 25 to avoid annoying other guests !!) until the music finally finishes. Sadly, we will not return.

Everything is fine. Food amazing. Staff is perfect. We stay 2 week. Last year we were 3 week. Burak is helpful boy. Thank u management and all staff.

Absolutely beautiful place, this is our second time here. The staff are so friendly and helpful, Turkish night with the food is amazing the food was the best 👌 Bar staff are lovely and the drinks for us were perfect 😍 Perfect location, private beach right in front of the hotel Special shout out to “Jimmy” one of the nicest friendliest people we’ve met on a holiday Will definitely be back 🥰
