Ideal Pearl Hotel

What absolutely amazing place if you looking for amazing place to stay relaxe have fun then ideal peal is the place. All of the staff from entertainment team Bobby to waiter's are just truly amazing can't do enough for you. The food is stunning the hotel is always beautiful and clean we have stayed for 10days and do not want to come go home will truly miss ideal peal we made friends for life and will miss everyone but will see you all next year Thank you to everyone at ideal for everything you have done for us truly stunning hotel xx

We recently stayed at Ideal Pearl Hotel and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. We arrived late at night and were immediately disappointed with the room. Both the bedroom and bathroom were quite small, there was only one bedside table, and just a single accessible socket bt the bed for two people. The wardrobe was also very limited in space. However, one thing we cannot fault is the cleanliness — the hotel was exceptionally clean throughout. The next day, we were told to meet a representative from Love Holidays in reception. His main role seemed to be selling excursions and entertainment packages at higher prices than what you can find independently, claiming they included insurance. We ended up booking trips, only to later realise we could have gotten them cheaper elsewhere. When we raised concerns about our room, unhelpful, directing us back to reception. The excursions themselves were mixed. The Turkish night was very enjoyable and something we would happily do again. The buggy experience was also good and fun. However, the horse riding trip was disappointing — not aloud to take photos, clearly to push you into buying the photos from them afterwards, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. The hotel also advertises a private beach, but in reality, there is no proper private beach area. Finding a sunbed was a challenge as you need to get up in the morning and secure a spot.Also bring your own towel-this 4 star hotel doesn't offer towels for sunbeds but they direct you into buying yourself a towel from outside. The food was average — nothing particularly memorable but manageable. Drinks were ok. That said, the highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff. Most of them were genuinely friendly and helpful, and they made a big difference to our stay. A special mention goes to the lovely lady who cleaned our room — so kind, caring, and always helpful, which we truly appreciated. Special thanks also to Mr Green at the bar, who was extremely friendly, Aicya who was incredibly helpful, and Cebrail who was truly lovely. The food and bar staff in general work very hard and honestly deserve a pay rise — they are the reason you feel at home here. If we were ever to return, it would be only because of them. the hammam experience — was nice. Overall, we would not return to this hotel!

Me and my husband had our honeymoon here and we could not have picked a better hotel and country to celebrate our marriage. The hotels staff are fantastic especially the bar man Yeshill who was always very attentive and always polite, he never had a smile off his face and always willing to have a conversation with everyone. The entertainment staff Bobby and Jimmy made our holiday while we were here, they are fantastic, funny and always willing to help out where needed and very inclusive of everyone. It was our first time abroad and it certainly won’t be our last especially at this hotel. All of the waiting staff were polite, made sure you had everything you needed and kept the dining area very clean and tidy. The rooms are fantastic, cleaning maids do a great job and always say hello and good morning to you everyday. 100% would recommend this hotel to anyone. The food is fantastic also.

I have just got home from staying at this beautiful hotel. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. All staff we extremely friendly, the hotel throughout was exceptionally clean and spotless, the entertainment team were brilliant and the food was outstanding. You have ticked every single box to make a holiday a very special one and I will 100% be coming back. Thank you to all management and staff for providing a brilliant place to stay for holiday makers 🇹🇷🌴❤️

The best hotel in Marmaris the staff are amazing . Restaurant staff ,Bar staff, entertainment staff, so friendly and made our holiday Cannot do enough for you.
