Stayed for a week 2 adults a 18yr old and 9yr old ,Had a great stay,entertainment team are great enes and danny make the effort with people while walking round and after evening entertainment finished came out to town with us to show us round ,room was really clean and close to pool ,food was good but can be repetitive but in all would come back again

I had lots of fun in the pool activities and the late night activities with the enes and Dan were very welcoming and interacting with everyone on pool side

The hotel was brilliant.Definetely come back .Enes was wonderful ,Danny great also Berkay fantastic.Bar staffs very good.But at toilets when I went to toilet no toilet paper over there.Entertaintment was gorgeous.Aspecialy Turkish night.

We arrived early hours in the morning as had an overnight flight. Was met by Onur Mutlu , receptionist who is the the most kind hearted beautiful soul ever met. He made us feel so welcomed and enjoyed seeing him in the evenings when we returned from night out in the early mornings. The grounds were kept clean and tidy. We were given room 817 on the first floor which was a large room, double bed, single bed and a large sofa for only the 2 of us! Bathroom had a walk in shower, fridge in the room, air con worked efficiently well! Air con will turn off if you open the window or balcony door however learnt the front door could be left open with the air con on. Rooms were cleaned daily however feel this was a bit rushed as the sink was never cleaned around and we ran out of soap and had to ask a few times and in the end I took the soap dispenser off and left it on the bed with a note to refill. On the 5th day I stripped the bed sheets as wanted the sheets changed. Tv channels with a few Turkish, English and Russian channels. Safe was £18 for 10 nights had an issue to work as was closed and could not input own code and lovely luggage man had to reset this. Food… too much food! There is always something to eat, salads, grilled meat, fish. Snack bar near the pool area 12-4 and ice cream daily. Alcohol was not that great although the peach liquor was only decent drink to have. Special shoutout to the bar and restaurant staff, Ferdi, Sehmus, Berkan, Ali, Derviş, Turan, Emir, Bilal , Buse, Sevilay, Sude, Mohammed who were always so kind and friendly. Animation team- Merve always smiling and so sweet. Enes… what a fab guy you are, like we have known each other for a long time. Danny and Berkay were fab too. The hotel is right on the top of the strip, first time staying in Oludeniz as normally we stay in Ovacik. We only used the main swimming pool and there was always sun beds available at 10am! No need to wake up early to reserve a sun lounger. Ignore the bad reviews for the price and location of the hotel it is a bargain. Omer is an amazing photographer! We never really like to have our pictures taken on holiday however Omer took stunning photos that we chose and gave us a good deal to upgrade the photo size and had these inserted into an album.

We stayed for 2 weeks 18th to the 3rd July, we was given a room over looking the swimming pool with great views, on arrival at 2am in the morning the room was used as a late check out room, but the bathroom was wet and hair was all on the floor, so we went to reception and reported it, and it was sorted out, that was the bad thing, It was our anniversary week we were expecting something nice in the room but nothing was done, I think it keeps people coming back if you get special treatment, good hospitality doesn't matter what star ratings it is, food was ok a bit repetitive, but we ete out most day it wasn't a problem for us, we used the snack bar quite a lot which was good, toilets around the pool need cleaning regularly they are always wet and not much light, Etertainment is good a lot going on round the pool entertainment team were excellent, all staff were great and hard working, we did have a good time here we have been to this hotel before so we new a lot of the staff, especially the photographer who is lovely, good 3* hotel you get what you pay for.
