stay at the Karbel and we had a great stay, the staff there are really good Umit Tammer andAnother Mustafa to name a few and a big shout out for Baran and Yacob the 2 brothers in the bar they were exceptional. Memhet in the restaurant he's been there a long time he's a credit to the hotel. We have been going for a number of years met loads of friends who come back every year we all try to get the same time its lovely to catch up with them. The location of the hotel is just in the right place at the top of the strip the food is a bit hit and miss but always plenty its just me being picky eater. They do have cater for a lot of different nationalities the hotel is spotless the cleaners in all blocks are just great Omar the photographer is just great feels like a real friend always has time to stop and talk to everyone sure we will be back next year. if you have any problems at all Umit the manager is always on hand to help he is just great to talk to.

Was recommended by a colleague who told me "you have to go to believe how amazing this hotel is". I went and was not disappointed. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff who were very obliging. My curtain rail had come down and within seconds was repaired. Was not able to use the [pool as no handrail. The food out of this world. Place absolutely spotless including my room (thank you Ellen). Photographer brilliant! Had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool area. And don't forget to visit their Turkish Spa. I felt so relaxed and pampered (had the Magic one). It was my first holiday abroad on my own and they made me feel very at home.

Stay away from this hotel foods and drinks absolutely terrible we stay 7 person in October supposed to be all inclusive but almost every day we eat and drink outside staff none of them friendly I was scared to ask them questions no one asked drink at dinner time and all plastic cups at dinner they serving drinks newer see them before in my life. Was cheap hotel I wasn’t expecting first class but I wasn’t expecting that much worse newer again if you really like good holiday stay away from this hotel!!!!

Just spent 2 weeks here from 4-10-25 and had a fabulous time :0) Had a lovely room which was cleaned every day by the lovely Biricik. Yes the rooms are basic but who stays in their room for a holiday ! Comfy bed, good shower, what more do you need! Found ALL the staff very pleasant & helpful, food repetative but it's the same in all all inclusive hotels, always found something tasty & hot but if it wasn't there's a micowave to warm things up. Entertainment team are brilliant & tried to get everyone involved in the usual water aerobics, water polo, darts & pool. Perfect location for bars, shops & the beach. The only negative for me was the sunbeds were really uncomfortable but there were always plenty & never failed to get a good spot everyday. And last but not least the main man of the hotel Omer the photographer :0) WHAT A MAN! Always wandering around chatting with everyone :0) Don't know how he remembers everyone's names !! Overall had a fantastic 2 weeks with lovely people and would definately return again

Just returned from our 6th (May&Oct) holiday at the Karbel and again had a great time. The staff are welcoming food is very good. Our room was spacious (although they can vary in size), comfortable and clean, however one of us found the mattress a bit hard. They place a high priority to cleanliness over the whole hotel. Special thanks to Julie (Guest Relations), Mehmet, Omer, and the others whose names I'm not sure of. The hairdresser did a top class cut and style. We look forward to probably returning next May.
