Orka World Hotel & Aquapark

We arrived on the 25th of June the first person we met was tj from the spa! Nothing is to much for him he is a genuine friend now. As for the hotel and its facilities they are perfect for a family holiday. Rooms always clean and tidy thanks (ali) the entertainment team (Mehmet) is brilliant plenty of good energy always have time to speak to you! This was our first family holiday and first time in Turkey! We will definitely be coming back!

Me the better half and 2 kids , had a 9 night stay in this hotel . The hotel is generally clean the staff can't do enough for you , the food for me was the only disappointment of the trip very bland and repetitive, the pools are big pool is very deep the other 2 are fine , the entertainment is a bit all over the place the aquapark is a 20min ride from the hotel but you have free mini busses put on a tip for people it's free entry into the park but you must buy your own drinks and food so they give you a wrist band , put money on it with cash because what you don't spend you get back at the end of the trip if you pay by card their is no refunds remember this all in all a fantastic stay the kids had a ball.

Just home today and as a family of 14 cannot recommend enough.Hotel is beautiful and so well kept staff were amazing food was good special shoutout to TJ and girls one thing to definitely do is get the spa treatment TJ is a gentleman.Thanks for a fantastic time and to top it all off son and future daughter in law got engaged ❤️❤️❤️

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, room was in a great location for the kids to enjoy the pools without being too close to the main area so very peaceful in the evening also, great trip to the spa also well worth paying the money to get the treatment done, the staff there are excellent and couldnt do enough for you, really happy overall with our stay and will be back.

We are a family of four and have just returned from a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. We stayed in the Annex building and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and the staff work incredibly hard every single day. No matter where you looked, someone was always cleaning, helping guests or making sure everything was running smoothly. It really doesn’t go unnoticed. We thoroughly enjoyed the food throughout our stay, with plenty of choice for everyone in our family, and the whole atmosphere around the hotel was relaxed, friendly and welcoming. We’d especially like to thank some members of staff who made our holiday even more memorable. Amazon, Gem and the Entertainment Manager were all fantastic and brought so much fun and energy to each day. A big thank you also to TJ at the spa, who was friendly, welcoming and a pleasure to chat to. A very special mention goes to the gentleman on Reception (pictured). He is an absolute credit to the hotel. We honestly don’t know how he keeps going! He never seemed to stop working, always had a smile on his face, and somehow still found the time to joke around with our family and make us laugh. His kindness, professionalism and brilliant sense of humour really stood out and made a lasting impression on us. Thank you to everyone for making our family holiday so special. We made some wonderful memories and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly and enjoyable stay in Turkey. We hope to return again in the future!
