Hi jack and justin its your bro jack I can only say and be honest about the hotel the rooms are small so for me personally a week is long enough unless 1 of you lives out of your suitcase rooms are clean everyday no problem there Food and restaurant FOOD my honest opinion iam fussy but even tho the lack of variety I was never hungry can only say great egg lady for breakfast 10/10 for her all the staff are really pleasant cant do enough for you absolutely brilliant NOW the entertainment team Jack and Justin in all the years ive been holidaying ive have not come across 2 lads in an entertainment team they do the job of 4 or 5 people they are genuinely absolutely brilliant really great laugh honestly can't praise them enough both lads equally give something different I'd go back here just for them and live out of a carrier bag if I had too BEST entertainment team ive ever seen and ive been holidaying for over 40 years so sad to leave you lads anyone that goes Justin likes jack Daniels and jack likes smirnof vodka take them a bottle see you next year lads al bring you a bottle over thank-you for the best week you took out all the negatives management you need to do everything to keep these lads here they need a wage rise we met some great people there everyone was friendly everyone talked and treated you loved it

This hotel has pros and cons! The pros are that the staff are incredible - so friendly and helpful couldn’t ask for better staff. Cons the rooms were really small, and the food was not great. Most days you could find something palatable, but there was never anything to look forward to. We were there for two weeks and the menu did not change the second week. The range of salads were probably the highlight along with the breakfast omelettes. The place was spotlessly clean, although there were at least four or five cats in the dining room. I have a very bad allergy to cats, and I have to say, when I explained this to the manager he called a meeting with myself and the dining room manager, and he arranged for me and my friend to eat upstairs where the cats were not a problem, and arranged for a member of waiting staff to ensure we had our drinks etc. served there. So full marks for that. The hotel itself is beautiful, really only the food lets it down.

I stayed here for a week and enjoyed my stay so much from start to finish! The entertainment was amazing. Jack and Justin really made the evenings enjoyable with the darts, pool and bingo nights. There was always something different to do, and I never found myself bored. I also booked some treatments at the spa with the receptionist, Civan, who was so welcoming and friendly. The girls, Yaran and Mervin, were absolutely lovely, and I ended up having a hamam and an anti-stress massage just before leaving, which was the perfect way to finish my stay. Unfortunately, my flight was cancelled on the last day, which left me incredibly stressed. However, the reception staff, Hakan and Zed, were so helpful and kind. They even let me use their phones to contact the flight company and helped me get everything re-sorted, which I really appreciated during such a stressful situation. The cats really make the hotel! They are so cute and definitely add something special to the atmosphere. The bar staff were always smiling and welcoming, and my housekeeper on the 3rd floor was also lovely and always made a point of saying hello. The only small downside was that the rooms were a little on the small side. I also think having a full-length mirror in the room would be a great addition, especially when getting ready. Overall, I had such a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The friendly staff, entertainment, spa and little touches like the cats made it a really enjoyable experience

What a lovely little hotel, this is our second time back. The staff are all very friendly, Justin and Jack are second to none, making our holiday each year very special. The only person I would say watch out for is Eddie the rep, who is not your rep if you have traveled with easyJet, he is an outsource rep trying to sell you excursions. That are far too expensive, he also jumps on you the minute you arrive at the hotel, this is my second year of experiencing this.

Came to this hotel for 5 days for a solo trip and I found this perfect! The complex itself is quite small but it has everything you need and you're not far from restaurants/bars/beach, everyone gets to know everyone and I met some lovely people during my time here, the place has almost a community feel it's very nice. The rooms are quite small but with it just being me and only hand luggage I was fine but for 2 people staying more than a week with big suitcases, may struggle. Rooms and hotel in general is very clean, tidy and kept up to standard, kudos to the floor staff who are constantly going around picking up empty glasses and making sure the pool/restaurant area is kept tidy. Staff are incredibly attentive, friendly and you want for nothing, big shout out to jack and Justin for entertainment, the evening entertainment is nothing out of this world but they work very hard and make sure they spend time with everyone and getting people to join in on the action. Entertainment and music shuts off around 11pm/12am so noise isn't an issue although my room was facing away from the street. Make sure to get down early if you want decent sunbeds as only a select few get the sun for the most of the day so those get taken very quickly. Food isn't the best but it does the job and the salad bar was probably my highlight. Good selection of drinks and cocktails. Highly recommend the Turkish bath experience, I went for the bronzing package on my 2nd day and loved it, the staff and girls were brilliant and made sure they were careful as I had a bruised ankle, skin felt amazing afterwards.
