Sundia by Liberty Oludeniz

There is only positives I can point out about our stay at Sundia. It's not an exaggeration. We really did have an amazing holiday. Location was good and the views are beautiful (around 1h20m from the airport), but if you're looking for quiet it might not be for you as it's right in the middle of a busy area. Only a 5m walk to the beach, lots of rocks so I recommend taking beach shoes, but the sea is a beautiful blue and "warm-ish". Lovely atmosphere in the hotel, spacious and clean rooms(TV is mostly Turkish channels, not a problem at all for us, but maybe of interest to those who might read this review), comfortable beds, the wi-fi is pretty decent and worked really well (rarely disconnected), the staff were all lovely, entertainment team lively and nice!! Pool area with plenty of sunbeds (still some people "reserve" sunbeds then turn up at 2pm, even though it states this isn't allowed). Plenty of different food and drink choices (still thinking about all the grilled meat I had), and everything I had was delicious. 5 stars on all aspects and I would definitely return!

The Sundia by Liberty is a fantastic hotel with brilliant staff, lovely food and a great atmosphere. First of all, all the staff that we came across wre so welcoming and helpful. There were several staff in particular who deserve an honourable mention as they made our holiday so enjoyable. Serdar at breakfast and at the pool restaurant at lunchtime is probably the best waiter I've ever encountered on a holiday. As soon as he seen us entering, he would have a table ready and drinks followed shortly after, so friendly and funny nothing was to much bother for us or other guests that we talked to. Ramazan , waited on us in the evening but he also ran the a la carte restaurant, in which the food was really fantastic (best steak I've had in years and the massive slabs of salmon and swordfish were something to behold. Ramazan was a fantastic host and very attentive. Busra ran her little bar next to the main restaurant and her sense of humour and liveliness was infectious, her cocktails were amazing . Busra was assisted by our waitress Grasika who again was incredibly attentive, friendly and efficient. Eray in the pool bar , was a great barman and very personable, I'm sure all the other staff are also very good but these guys were brilliant for us. Normally we eat out a few times when we are at an all inclusive hotel, because the food can be a bit repetitive, however not here, the standard and variety of food was amazing. Stacked salad bars, themed evenings, fresh fruit, lots of variety of fish and of course the a la carte and an abundance of desserts. The rooms were admittedly a bit small, but we spent so little time in them it didn't matter, but they were cleaned every day and towels were always replaced with fresh towels. The bathroom and shower were very nice. The pools were great, there was a great entertainment team but there is also a quieter adults only pool with a bar . However there was a lovely chilled out feel about the main pool. Some entertainment going on at night, the white party and Turkish was good, but quite often we went for a walk down the main drag (2mins away) and along the seafront (10 mins away) . A fantastic hotel, which you should consider if going to Oludeniz.

Brilliant stay at the Sundia, this was my 3rd time at the hotel. The rooms were very clean, staff great and lovely food. The hotel boasts peaceful courtyards in a vibrate resort. Pefectly balanced with lot going on in a compact setting. Food is varied and delicious. Drinks are good quality and well prepared. Staff are brilliant, always happy to help and deliver high standards. Animation team provide fun regular activities. Restaurant team offer kind service. You never queue at this hotel, easy to find a sun bed, lovely pool area. Beach is great but stoney and there is a drop in the water. Pool party and white night are amazing events. Kids club is great. You are never far from anything in this hotel. Reception team are happy to help with suitcases and prams. This hotel are great at the little things, comfy sunbeds, restock the fridge in your room and table service in bar/restaurant. Good entertainment each evening, right on main strip with loads of bars etc. Recommend Ali Kavak for a boat trip as well as a the blue lagoon beach day.

We are 8 days into a 10 day stay. I lay here at 12.08am in a triple superior room off the main reception that might as well be inside numerous night clubs all playing different music st the same time. Until 1am you need to be either out on the strip or drunk to be able to sleep. The noise makes the rooms shake. We were moved after the first night from a smaller room that overlooked the 'strip' to what should have been the rooms we booked, but man alive the noise is immense. By day this hotel is absolutely a 4 star, the food, staff and location are great, by night we've been transported back to a 2 star Marmaris hotal circa 1998, but this time we've got kids who don't fair well on 2am finishes. I'm sure some of the rooms near the pool have got be quìeter and I hope they have all had a great time but it has ruined our long awaited break. Dalyan is our go to and will continue to be in the future.
