Whenever I visit with my family, we enjoy a very relaxing and peaceful holiday. The hotel room is very clean and well-maintained. The entire staff is excellent in every regard. Hatice  was very helpful at the reception, Muhammet is a great person at the adult bar, The live music and shows were also great, Umut and Mario Icardi from the entertainment team were so much fun. The hotel also has its own private beach, where Ali was incredibly helpful. I would like to thank each of them individually. I definitely recommend this hotel. See you next year !

Having stayed in OD many times, we’d not tried Sun City before and it didn’t disappoint! Well situated close to the strip, but you can’t hear anything from there. Check in was smooth and we were offered cool drinks and pastries on arrival at 1am. (Sorry to the bell boy who we tipped 50TL, but once he’d left realised it was only 80p 😵‍💫 The rooms were clean and well appointed, with a welcome stocked fridge of drinks and milk. The rooms were made up every day and the ladies are very sweet and hardworking. The pillows are big and firm, but you can request softer ones. Every meal time there was a great selection of dishes with plenty of choice for vegetarians. The hot food is hot and we saw temperatures being checked regularly. Plenty of bottles of water is offered and the house wines are lovely. The wait staff could have been a little more attentive, but Ali was very good. Both pool areas were clean and no problems getting a sunbed. However, we did notice some people put towels out at 8am and only turned up at 4pm!! A nice touch was staff bring round lollies and fresh melon to the poolside. The adult pool is very nice, with a lovely shaded seating area to the side. Late checkout was available until 4pm and cost €80 (£70) We’ll be back!

This hotel could be amazing but our check in experience tainted the holiday. We arrived late at just before 12am due to a flight delay, when shown to our room we had been given a double not a twin as requested on Jet2 and an email to the hotel. When we requested another room, we were told that one was not available. We asked if they could split the bed which they reluctantly agreed to, no offer to get bedding at all. When we asked we were told that none was available and one of us would have to sleep on a bare mattress! Obviously this was not acceptable, they said they would try to locate some bedding. After twenty minutes of waiting I went down to reception only to find them sat down chatting! Finally after an hour we were given some bedding. We then had another issue that out key cards didn’t work, meaning one of us had to stay in the room as if we both left we wouldn’t be to get back in, we told the reception staff this and they said the maintenance man would fix this in the morning. This meant that we were unable to go out and get food, we asked that they get this sorted and eventually someone turned up. By the time this was fixed, we eventually got to bed at around 245am, tired and hangry! The next morning we spoke to our Jet2 rep who spoke to the hotel, they agreed as a resolution to upgrade our room but this would not happen until the Thursday, meaning we couldn’t unpack properly until then. There wasn’t much in way of an apology and it was a disappointing start to our holiday. The hotel itself is lovely but the service we received was fairly inconsistent, service in the restaurant varied everyday. Some staff were attentive and friendly and others clearly couldn’t be bothered. The food was fairly standard all inclusive, but a bit repetitive. The snack bar is good as are the ice creams. Cannot fault the pool or the cocktails, both are excellent. The pool party was fun but we were out most evenings so didn’t see much more of the entertainment. The Coppocia party was beautiful to look at but it turned into a mini rave so most people left, leaving mainly the entertainment staff to enjoy the dance music. If it had been more varied and well known music instead of heavy EDM, maybe more people would’ve stayed. We also had the misfortune of visiting the hairdressers, we booked for a wash and blow dry each. When we got there, the hairdressers was asleep in the chair and the spa staff had to wake him up and without being rude his personal hygiene was questionable! Quite possibly the worst wash and blow dry I’ve ever had, he was rough and I would say he didn’t have a clue! My hair was left feeling frazzled and my friends was the same! Attempted to complain but was told it was a third party company and nothing to do with the hotel. Ended up using a salon on the strip that offered a better service and at a much better price Would I visit again? Maybe for the excellent location and pool but the staff are just not consistent and the initial reception staff were just rude and incompetent! It’s a shame as the reviews are generally excellent but they do not reflect the experience we had. Overall if feels that the hotel does not match the hype or the price.

Been here for 4 days now and can't really fault anything, food, entertainment and staff all excellent..BUT...the onsite shop is another story. Having to go last minute to buy some beach shoes for a boat trip (main shops shut as early) paying over the odds, only for my daughter to turn up at the trip with our own boat shoes, we decided to return them later that day, unused and unopened,only for them to refuse any type of refund and basically just dismissed my request dor a refund...Do not use this shop

The hotel is ok there are several areas of concern to the point we would not return- not all blocks of accommodation have lifts which makes getting to your room very exhausting especially when you arrive at 3.30 in the morning we were put on the second floor - we had requested a lower floor the first part of the stairs there is no handrail to hold onto - the stairwells smelt and did not appear to be cleaned on a regular basis. The room was ok but when the towels were changed we never got the correct amount back 1 day 1 bath towel no hand towels etc this went on throughout our stay to the point i just could not be bothered to complain.Everytime you boiled the kettle the electric went off but then the electric went off several times within the hotel. I have a dietary requirement which was put on the booking form when we asked for lacto free milk the staff did not understand even though the reception staff had given us a card to show i was offered soya which is no good then the following day oat or almond milk - when i asked about my lacto free milk i was informed this would take 3 days to get fortunately we went straight to the customer relations desk and i was very impressed with her service she got straight on the phone to the catering team and told them to get my milk that same day which they did. Some of the waiting staff were not aware that my milk was kept in the kitchen fridge and directed my husband to the normal milk again difficult to explain but i decided that once we got the lacto free milk i would keep it in our room and bring down each morning. The restaurant is nothing like the photos there is no table linen the chairs are cheap garden stacking chairs with covers on- the food and presentation was quite poor the fruit and salad bars were very disappointing - hot food was not always hot and the menu was very repetitive and bland. One of the waiting staff had some liquid spill off a plate onto the floor right by our table they walked away i had assumed to get a cloth to mop the spillage up no they just left it right in the middle of the walkway - i put down paper napkins to absorb the liquid before someone slipped as i was doing this then a supervisor arrived and took over- my point is these are basic H&S requirements. The entertainment was at times very good but very loud if they had karaoke on in the pool bar it was so loud you could not sleep. This hotel is classed as 4 s by Tui its a 2 star at the most the nicest part of the hotel is the reception area.
