We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The food was excellent, with a great variety of choices throughout our stay, so there was always something different to enjoy even for our fussy daughter. A special thank you to Ali, who looked after us so well. He was incredibly friendly, always happy to have a chat, and really made us feel welcome. He is a great addition to the team! The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the hotel grounds were lovely and well maintained. The only negative would be the cleaner would make lovely swans on the beds, but not give us toilet roll, or clean the balcony. The entertainment team were also fantastic, especially both Baris’. They were full of energy, friendly and helped make our stay really enjoyable. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend the hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I spent 7 nights in that nice hotel. The animation team was on top ; big up to Baris, Mehtap, Aybike, Busra and Suzan. The buffest was limited with some good foods anyway even if some classical Turkish breakfast specialities were missing and replaced by British food. Some restaurant crew were nice and very helpful like Su, Sila, Baris… Special thanks to the always smiling Elif from the lobby bar and Safiye. The hotel has a private sandbeach at the famous blue lagoon. Even if many things needed to be improved , the overall satisfaction is ok.

Amazing hotel with great food, drinks and atmosphere. 2nd time here and the best entertainment staff! Would return every time 😊

So excited to be going here it was hyped up but honestly it all turned to disappointment Room for 2 adults 1 child consisted of 2 small single beds No view in very small balcony hotel management un caring and very un helpful This is our first day and honestly very disappointed Tony Wife and 6 year old child

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
