The Beachfront

Location and Food are excellent and I’d certainly recommend the all inclusive option as there are no “cheap” restaurants and bars on the seafront Service from all the staff was excellent and being disabled they were very helpful to me. The hotel next door was sometimes noisy with loud music but it’s off at midnight by law so not much of a problem The hotel isn’t suitable for a permanent wheelchair user but if you’re disabled but can walk short distances and climb up a few steps it’s fine. I was able to leave my wheelchair in the lobby in view of the reception. We have already re booked for next May 4th for 2 weeks. Best wishes Ivan and Jo Salmons

We were all inclusive so food is not just buffet style. You get to order your main courses off la a carte menu which is much better as meal comes freshly cooked , and food was excellent as well . We had the penthouse room which was one of the best rooms iv ever had anywhere . Lovely size and balcony was simply beautiful. Fatma on reception went out of her way to problem solve for us when we first got there and was excellent the whole holiday . Lovely lovely lady . The one downfall to the whole holiday was a waiter called Omar, on our 1st night he suggested I go to a dentist he knows and recommends, now I had cancer a couple of yrs ago and lost some teeth due to radiation treatment , so im very conscious of my teeth at the best of times and untill a certain time goes by after the radiation treatment means I cant have dental replacements . So to have a waiter confront me like that about my teeth was so very embarrassing and made me conscious for the whole of my holiday .

Staff amazing from reception to restaurant, housekeeping, beach and spa staff. Food the best we've ever had at an all inclusive. The spa is truely a fabulous experience. Leaving feeling like a totally different person. If we come back to Marmaris this is the only place we would come back too. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. From needing a needle and (a lot) of white cotton (delivered to our room almost instantly) to being brought a bag of sage leaves (from her own home) for tea by Fatma the daytime receptionist. Thank you all for making our holiday so relaxing and enjoyable. Just what we needed

We arrived late but was welcomed by the lovely receptionist. Had our luggage carried to our room, which was a great first experience. Our room was clean and bigger enough for two people. We also has a great view of the beach. The breakfast was lovely. Also had great selections to pick from. Staff was always around if you needed anything and very friendly. It was a short distance to the beach and always had plenty of sun loungers if you required one. The whole stay was lovely and even booked in a few spa treatments that are located within the hotel. It was our first Adult only stay we have been too as we was kid free and it was everything we wanted. Everything close by and definitely will be returning. Highly recommend and can not wait to stay again.

Location is good near shops, Taxis and lots of restraunts and bars near by. Small private part of the beach grat views. The Atmosphere in this hotel is grat lovely and chilled. Rooms are very very clean and well kept our room the water pressure was a little low but still overall a great room over looking the beach. Service at this place is absolutely spot on you couldn't ask for more the staff are fantastic from Fernando and Siad looking after you on the beach to the fantastic Bar staff Ediz his just the best bar manager and keeps a very clean well run bar, service from. All the restaurant staff amazing Messi is a very good manager very funny and polite you can't go wrong with all the staff here from reception to house keeping, your looked after from the moment you walk in to the very last minute you leave. We stayed for 7 nights this being our second time in this hotel and we are already planning next trip we can't wait.and as the staff say dont for get we love you ❤️. If you visit you won't be disappointed and dont forget to use the spar fantastic Turkish Bath. Noise Level was good no complaints sleeping. The food is also to a high standard not your usual all-inclusive. Can't go wrong good value for money. Very Happy customers roll on for our next trip.
