We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The food was excellent, with a great variety and quality throughout our visit. We would like to mention Abdulkadir which accommodated our food requests. Even made hashure upon our request. The entertainment was outstanding and there was always something enjoyable to do. The sports facilities, pool, and beach were all amazing and made our stay even more memorable. We would like to mention Kemal,Muhammed, Elif and Dicle which made all sports very enjoyable. They were very professional and amazing people too. We loved water polo, archery, tennis and the walks around. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay, always being friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Their dedication and hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. We would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return in the future. From the moment we arrived, we knew this would be a special holiday. We have been fortunate enough to stay in some of the best hotels around the world, but the team at Sarigerme Park truly stands out. Every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. The hotel is immaculate, with beautifully maintained gardens, comfortable rooms, and excellent food offering plenty of variety. The stunning beachfront, plentiful sunbeds, and wide range of activities provided the perfect balance of relaxation and entertainment. Above all, the friendly, attentive staff made our stay truly memorable with their outstanding service and hospitality. I would especially like to recognise a few outstanding team members: Momo – Always smiling, approachable, and fantastic at his job. We played water polo with him, and his enthusiasm and energy made every session great fun. He always had time to stop, chat, and help wherever he could. Kemal – The tennis coach was exceptional. He is not only highly skilled but also incredibly funny and engaging. His coaching was first-class, and I would highly recommend booking a session with him. Dicle – We booked an archery session, and Dicle was an excellent instructor. She explained everything clearly, encouraged us throughout, and helped us improve far more than we expected. Her passion and positivity made the experience thoroughly enjoyable. Hicran – My daughter absolutely adored Hicran and spoke about her every day. She went above and beyond to make her holiday magical, creating memories that will stay with her for a long time. Thank you for making our daughter's holiday so special. Elif – Thank you for motivating us and pushing our fitness to new levels. Your encouragement made every session enjoyable and rewarding. Abdulkadir – Our dining experience was exceptional thanks to Abdulkadir and the restaurant team. He took great care to accommodate our dietary requirements, and the chefs kindly prepared special dishes tailored to our allergies and preferences. The level of care and attention we received was outstanding. To everyone at Sarigerme Park, thank you for creating such an incredible holiday. Your hospitality, kindness, and dedication are a credit to the hotel. We leave with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return.

Our experience at this hotel was, without question, one of the worst we have ever had. We arrived with our family at 1:40 a.m. after a five-hour journey. We were exhausted, travelling with a child, and expected at least a professional welcome. Instead, we were met by a reception team that showed absolutely no interest in helping us. The problem had been created by the hotel itself: the room we had booked and fully paid for was not the room we were being given. Rather than acknowledging their mistake or trying to find a solution, we were told that this was the room available and that, if we wanted the room we had actually booked, we would have to pay extra. This is an unacceptable and deeply unfair way to treat paying guests. The situation became even more frustrating because of the so-called manager, who did not even speak English and made no effort whatsoever to assist us. Instead of taking responsibility for a problem caused by his own hotel, he simply stood by and ignored an exhausted family arriving in the middle of the night. The reception staff were not only unhelpful, but also rude, arrogant and completely lacking in empathy. It is difficult to understand how a hotel that claims to provide outstanding service can have such an unprofessional front desk. If we were able to continue our holiday, it was entirely thanks to TUI’s emergency assistance service, which immediately took charge of the situation during the night. Without their intervention, we would most likely have had to abandon our holiday and return home the very next day. The following day, we had the privilege of meeting Haitham, the TUI representative at the hotel. His professionalism, kindness and determination completely changed our experience. He personally followed our case until everything was resolved, demonstrating the level of customer care that was sadly missing from the hotel’s own staff. This experience also made us appreciate the work TUI does in supervising the hotels it offers to its customers. Unfortunately, some hotels clearly require constant oversight. Based on our experience, this property’s management showed arrogance, poor customer service and business practices that we found deeply unfair. A hotel’s quality is not measured only by its facilities or beautiful photos. It is measured by how it treats its guests when something goes wrong. In that respect, this hotel failed completely. I would never stay here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for professionalism, honesty and respect for its guests.

This hotel is fabulous. Great surroundings, rooms clean and spacious, food excellent. Staff are smiling all the time and very friendly. We stayed in a villa room in Truva block. It was nice and quiet never had any issues. Plenty of wardrobe space, mini fridge and walk in shower in the bathroom. Food was excellent in both the main restaurant and beach bar, plenty of variety. The jacket potatoes at lunch baked to perfection. Location the hotel is a 10mins walk to the village where you will find one street full of shops, bars and restaurants. Market day is Sunday. We used Basket Travel to book trips. Very efficient, just sent a what’s app to book the trip Negatives: the hotels pool is not big enough and it would benefit from an adults only pool. Again villa rooms some should be located in an adults only area. We never had any issues but we did hear some guests saying there were kids running around late at night. Entertainment doesn’t start until 21:30. The main bar could do with some background music as it is very quiet. The positives outweigh the negatives and we would definitely visit again

Absolutely fabulous Hotel. What can I say every single member of staff from Reception to cleaning were fantastic. Far to many to mention all the waiting staff couldn't do enough for you. A special mention to Snowflake in the Lounge bar. It's a foodies paradise. Thank you all at Sarigerme Park and not least KAYA in the Hotels Bag Shop. The most friendliest salesperson you could meet. Very friendly, polite, informative about Bags, no Hassle to look.A must visit to the Tui Blue Bag Shop
