TUI BLUE Sarigerme Park

Wow!! what a place!! We have just come back from a family holiday last week and we had the most amazing time! Where to start. Tui Blue hotels have so much on their agenda and activities for the kids, however it is not pushed in your face and everything is on the app so you do need to down load it before you go. The pool- very relaxing, one largish pool and one smaller pool with goals on the side. There was no need to be up at the crack of dawn for a sun bed and there were still plenty at 11 am (which is unheard of!) There is no music around the pool, apart from aqua aerobics - which was a nice change. There is a cocktail man who comes round every morning too! 1.4m depth everywhere so floats are a good idea for little ones, but there is a small shaded kids pool. Sun shades galore for everyone. Life guard on site. Beach- with plenty of beds, life guards, payable watersports and again a cocktail man with a trolly!!! The restaurant's! - again WOW, more choice than I could imagine and all exceptional quality, my 9 year old is extremely fussy and he always found something to eat, he even tried the kebabs and steak! seating a plenty inside and outside. Lunch - you have the pool bar and beach bar- which has a little more variety and is very pretty to sit in. Entertainment- If you want it, it is there! there is an amphitheater with shows, movie nights, discos and live music at the beach- this hotel really has it all. Service!!! this is what excelled in this hotel! there were so many staff around, you never had to wait for a drink, food, plates, tables were laid quickly and cleared quickly, drinks were offered before you finished, cocktails were shaken not out of a machine. The hotel was exceptionally clean everywhere with no faults that I could see (you would need to look really hard) everyone one said hello (at least learn hello and thank you in Turkish- it makes a difference to them). I could not recommend this hotel enough to people! If you want constant entertainment and noise then possible look at holiday Villages - again we have done these hotels before and they are excellent- however this Tui Blue also had the element of luxury and relaxation. SPA- we had a free 15 min massage which was excellent and I also purchased a fully body massage- do negotiate a price! but it was excellent! The only down side is the small shops are very expensive and will not negotiate on price for bouncy balls and bracelets etc, but you have the little village only 5-10 min away- easy walking distance which has local super markets and shops. Non hotel Tips- we did not do trips as such as we have done them before, but we did do a half day boat trip from the beach with Capitan Josuf (right side of the beach, on the public side) this was fab! we swam near the caves and jumped off the top of the board and it was only 15 euros each. In Short- It would be hard to find something wrong with this hotel. Friends at the time has quite a serious hospital trip and Ali the Rep was exceptionally helpful to her Family- when you need help they were there! Busa- The lovely lady who greets you was so nice and also reminded us of the language- there are even language lessons!!- What a great team- so many people we spoke to were on return visits to this hotel! I would certainly return.

A special thank you to Kemal for the great tennis training. He is a fantastic coach and made every lesson enjoyable and helpful. I really enjoyed playing tennis with him, and it was one of the best parts of my stay. I highly recommend training with Kemal

Very very good hotel. Food and staff are the stand out features of this hotel. Didn’t get chance to do alacarte but did do the bbq night which was a pleasant change of scenery and lovely meats , salads , fish etc . Buffet exceptional . All areas kept imaculate Coffee shop good barista coffee Surrounding garden areas around villas all beautiful and well maintained . Attentive staff Very popular with families Short walk to sarigerme 3 hr Boat tour with Yosuf on beach just 2 min walk away at rocks was excellent and great value (10am-1pm) Areas of improvement if I was being picky …. Better cocktails , no charge for other cocktails , individual toiletries in room . But this in no way impacted my holidays and at end of day it is a 4 star plus. Not a 5 and it’s not the same price as some of the high end hotels . Would happily return and recommend .

Sorry for the late review, but here it goes; A great resort, but things could have been slightly better this summer. The staff are spectacular as always, and the food was delicious. However, I feel like the resort can't handle this number of guests, and there have been some cost cutting measures in certain areas, such as the entertainment. The room we stayed in was great, but there were some tears and worn areas, especially in the bathroom. Cleanliness, however, is flawless, so much so that when I vomited all over the place, the staff weren't afraid to clean it up. I also had another awesome experience at the BBQ. The food really is the hotel's greatest strength. As for the negatives, I think the management should do a better job of handling the crowds because the hotel often felt overwhelmed. The high number of guests also seemed to affect the overall quality of the experience, with longer queues, busier facilities, and a less relaxed atmosphere than in previous years. Lastly, I want to commend the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Mr. Güven, Mr. Ali, Mr. Ömür, Ms. Daria, and Ms. Dilek for all their kindness, support, and help throughout our stay. I'd also like to mention Selçuk once again, who I had a great time hanging out with during the events. Finally, a big thank you to Mr. Serhat for everything. Your hard work and friendliness truly made a difference, and I really appreciate it.

Stayed 11days 13-24july Excellent hotel everything is thought of all staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you We stayed in block B The room was more than enough for the two of us easily reachable from reception The grounds are spectacular with lots of colour everywhere Hotel grounds are spread out a bit with activities all around and a lovely stroll down on to an amazing beach and purple turtle bar (which is fantastic for lunch) loads of sun loungers on beach no need to go early hours to put towels down always plenty to choose from Food was excellent and always well presented plenty choice All staff excellent Berk especially always greeted my wife and I with our surnames Nice touch also to wish my wife a happy birthday also little present left in room Small down side is cocktail menu feel it would be better to have ones included in all inclusive seperate from one you had to pay for only other negative was the extortionate prices in the little supermarket However I would recommend to anyone and hope to retun
