TUI BLUE Seno

As we said in our previous review back in September, this hotel is simply incredible. We were hoping our second visit would be just as special as the first, but somehow it exceeded our expectations once again. The rooms, scenery, gardens, beach, entertainment, service, drinks and food were all outstanding. In fact, we would even say everything was somehow even better than last time, which we honestly didn't think was possible! We also loved that, since our last visit, they've added more vegan and vegetarian desserts, which was a fantastic surprise. The whole team deserves enormous credit. Every single member of staff is friendly, welcoming, enthusiastic and genuinely happy to help. One of the nicest things to see is how well everyone gets along with each other. They always seem to be enjoying what they do and working together with such positive energy, which creates such a warm and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Every person plays an important part in making this hotel the exceptional place that it is. We met several team members who were working their very first season, and they are already a huge credit to the hotel. A special mention goes to Dan, who was a brilliant archery instructor and an all-round great guy. Demercan, one of the Blue Guides, never seemed to stop working but always found time for everyone. Yavuz, the entertainment manager, was always happy to chat and made us feel so welcome. Oznur from the Bluefit team was one of the happiest, bubbliest people and always stopped to say hello with a smile. We wish you all the very best with your careers at Seno, you all truly deserve every success. We also have to mention Alper, who continues to be one of the hardest-working and most helpful bartenders and waiters we've met. His drink recommendations were always spot on! The whole team at the Starlight Bar work brilliantly together every evening, and their dedication really shines through. We're sorry we didn't manage to get everyone's names, but a special thank you to Samet as well, who continues to do a fantastic job behind the bar. The young lady making the smash burgers at the snack bar worked so hard and somehow still managed to serve the best burgers with a smile every single time. Haktan and Alihan always remembered our drink orders and were both genuinely lovely people. Vahit and Adem were incredible waiters with infectious personalities who made every meal even more enjoyable. We'd also like to mention the lady and young girl serving at the opposite end of the outdoor seating area in the evenings, they were both so kind and welcoming. Menet, our breakfast waiter, made every morning special with his friendly personality and exceptional service. Serdal from the Bluefit team brought so much energy and passion to everything he did and was always fantastic entertainment and finally Erkan was amazing, he always checked on us throughout the day and evening and we were always made us laugh! We could honestly go on forever about how amazing this hotel is and how wonderful every member of the team has been. Thank you all for making another holiday so memorable. We already can't wait to return next year and, hopefully, see all of the amazing people we've mentioned again. Keep smiling and doing what you do, you are all absolute superstars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After 8 visits we are now fairly sure we love this resort ! We have every year praised the location, food and staff who look after visitors but felt it was time to highlight the unsung heroes of Seno ……….. The Housekeeping and cleaning team ! Housekeeping led by Halime are exceptional From bedrooms to washrooms and all the common areas we have never stayed anywhere so clean and hygienic We believe Halime has been at Seno since it opened and are sure that without the high standards she has created the experience for all visitors not hit the heights that are achieved every year Here’s to next year and thank you !

Second stay for me at Tui Blue Seno and most people I met while I was there were on their second, third and even 5th stay! It's location is amazing, it has literally everything you could want - a quiet little garden area, a beautiful and safe beach, so many pools to choose from and multiple bars and places to eat. As other reviews have said, the staff are at the centre of what makes this hotel exceptional - the General Manager is very visible and you can feel he sets the standard and every member of staff comes up to this standard. A couple in particular made my stay even better - Vihat in the restaurant, Demircan, Damla, Hilal and Derya who invisibly made my room beautiful every day. All the bar staff are super friendly and very quickly got to know my order and would start to get it when they saw me, food down at the beach and in the restaurant was delicious - there was one particular night where the seafood was amazing! The scallop ravioli was the best I've ever tasted. Shout out to Aqua Fit man who once again brought all the energy and evidently loves his job. The whole site is immaculate, from the reception area to Lagoon pool and everywhere in between is so clean and tidy. The grounds workers do an incredible job too. I think Seno is good value for money, if you can stretch to having a day bed for the day (especially if you have a late flight back) it is totally worth it! guaranteed shade and a lovely bed to lie on with a fan too. Room choice would depend on what you want personally so I would suggest looking at the map and seeing where would be best for you but they have shuttle mini buses running (with super friendly drivers) all day which make it easy to get around the resort.

Where do I begin? My partner and I booked a stay for 7 nights, all inclusive and we loved every bit of it. From the pools to the food to the entertainment, everything was a stand out. The heart of this resort lies with the staff. They have made it feel like home we were very emotional going home. Definitely special mentions to a few staff members who have become Kankas like they say in Turkish- Khan, Dan, Oggy, Arda and Demi. Cant remember the lady’s name who did our cocktail class but she was so lovely too. Only thing worried me was the hills but their shuttle service is amazing so nothing to worry about. There are plenty of activities if you’re feeling like it, but relaxing on its own is quite good. Info for any first time guests, there were activities like archery, aqua gym, aqua hiit, boccia, cornhole toss, sauna infusion so on and so forth. They have a spa which is managed by a private company but the resort guests could still use sauna, steam room and the pool which was quite handy. The only small bit of feedback was the variety of vegetarian options were limited compared to meat/fish options. Just a minor tweak which would make the stay even better. We are definitely coming back next year and looking at the dates already! -Lalitha&Sam

We had a lovely stay at The Seno. The whole resort is spotlessly clean and the rooms are modern and well maintained. The setting has stunning views and a lovely little bay beach. The entertainment was good on most evenings and the food was consistently good, with plenty of choice and enough variety. My only disappointment was the drinks. Considering this is a luxury hotel, the quality was well below what I'd expected. The cocktails tasted like sugary pre-mixed drinks and the wine and spirits were all local brands and fairly poor quality. It didn't spoil our holiday, but it's definitely an area the hotel could improve on. Overall, we had a great holiday but I'm not sure we would return based on the drink situation.
