We stayed at the TUI Blue Seno in October 2025 for 1 Week. All I can say is that we had brilliant holiday. All the staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was lovely, and the food was excellent. The only thing that we were disappointed with, was that we were only there for 1 week. So we have booked again in Early May 2026 for 2 weeks. See you soon

We had a great week here, only downsides due to the time of year was mosquitoes and some intermittent rain storms. Food excellent lots of varied choice, lots of live freshly cooked too, always something to suit eveybody, great sevice in the restaurant and bars, drinks quickly replenished. We used the the infimity pool most, easy to get sun beds at a sensible time, probably because the majority used the beach whichwas very popular, we did vist there for lunch as they have great beach facilities with lots of fresh varied food and table drinks service, very impressive. Room very good, bathroom sort of half opened into bedroom with a semi segregation wall and the toilet and shower was only separated by a smoked glass screen, found this unusual! All rooms you have to encounter steep slopes going to and from the main block which was a sttrain on knees and limbs but worth it. Shutlle bus takes you to beach and 2 of them are on a constant cycle so no long waits. Would we go back, yes i think so, many guests were repeat visitors

This was the best holiday we’ve had so far! Beautiful location, lovely hotel, great food, helpful staff, and lots of activities. A few improvements could be made to improve our experience more, but we had a lovely time regardless. We highly recommend TUI Blue Seno. Things we liked - The location was 10/10! The accommodation is spread across the hillside, with smaller buildings of a few rooms each, all surrounded by trees and nature with stunning views. - We went for a double sea view room, which was clean, modern, and spacious. The bed was massive and very comfortable, although the duvet just about reached the sides, so not ideal if your partner likes to hog the covers! The balcony door had an insect screen and stunning views. - Staff were generally helpful. Especially the TUI Blue Reps who were always friendly and accommodating. The housekeepers were fantastic and consistently smiley. - The food was delicious, and everything was labelled for allergens. As two vegans, there was a decent range of options but definitely some room for improvement here. The Lagoon Bar next to the beach was one of our favourite places to have lunch, and had vegan pizza, a burrito, a burger, and fresh Gölzeme which was our favourite food by far. - The cleanliness throughout the hotel was good, and the sofas, chairs, and sunbeds were all in great condition. - There were lots of activities all day every day, including yoga, fitness classes, archery, darts, beach volleyball, and more. - The hotel feeds and takes care of several friendly cats, and my girlfriend had a lovely time whenever we bumped into them. Things to improve - Initially we were placed in Room 1052, which was right next to the main pool and its generator, which was on all day and was awfully noisy and annoying. However, we brought this up to staff and were moved to Room 1032 the next day, which was much better and more peaceful. - Some staff were not very happy to accommodate our vegan food. For example, when requesting vegan pancakes (which had a sign saying they were available) each morning, staff seemed unhappy and frustrated to accommodate. This made us feel like an inconvenience and less valued than other guests. - We would’ve appreciated more varied vegan food options, as well as regional foods. The vegan desserts were a low point, as they were very basic and lacked variety, which was very disappointing. There were only 5 options, which did not change for the entire two weeks. Whereas there were endless non-vegan options, which were more intricate and changed daily. - We were told we could easily request vegan dishes from the chefs, but in practice this was difficult. There was no clear process for how to do this, and the language barrier made communication awkward. The chefs were polite, but it wasn’t clear what we could ask for or how, so we felt unsure about making these requests. - However, when we tried again, Cihan (who was fantastic, professional, friendly, and extremely accommodating) was there to help. This made communication much easier and was a far better experience. - There was some cross-contamination in the restaurant, where vegan and non-vegan foods were placed next to each other. For example, chips beside chicken breasts with one utensil used for serving. Separate utensils should be provided in these cases. - There weren’t enough hand sanitising stations around the resort. There were a few outside bathrooms and one at the restaurant entrance, but it was tucked in the corner and rarely used by others. We often saw guests coughing or sneezing around the restaurant, and illness seemed to be spreading easily. There should be more sanitising stations around the resort, especially in all food and bar areas.
