I don't normally write reviews however I really want to praise this resort! Having booked a few weeks before going, I read the trip advisor reviews and majority were great reviews. We took a chance on this hotel for our first family holiday abroad in 6 years and I'm so glad we did! From flying out with TUI and a quick 25 minute transfer, we booked in with ease nearing midnight, with someone to take our luggage for us to our room whilst we could grab a drink and bite to eat (quick tip - tip them for the help!). ROOM Our room was a suite room - lovely and spacious, clean and tidy EVERY day by the cleaners - safe for valuables, comfy beds, Air con, balcony for drying clothes, great big powerful shower, small area for hanging up clothes. Kids beds were sofa beds but comfy and we had a TV in main room and bedroom with lots of English channels and sky sports (nice touch for football games!) FOOD Food was absolutely incredible - 100s of options EVERY breakfast, lunch and dinner, trust me you wont go hungry! lots of food were freshly cooked in front of you continuously, options were fantastic. Gluten free/lactose free etc were easily identifiable and chefs were on hand to ask. Desserts were incredible, so many options, the kids corner was a great touch for them to go and help themselves at a low level buffet. ISA was superb waiter - the best touch was getting a friendly hello every morning, and soon as he clocked us, he remembered our drink order and would have them delivered within seconds of sitting down! very friendly with our kids and made breakfast an enjoyment! The tables were clean and the staff were very quick to help! POOL Every morning, there was no fight for sunbeds, plenty of options around the multiple pools! the slides were great in each pool for the kids, entertainment was fun, loved a game of water polo at 3pm! The pool was cold but nice fresh cold - not Baltic cold that wasn't enjoyable! the inflatables on site were expensive - however Harrys in town delivered for free and got me a decent Lilo for £10 delivered within 10 minutes of messaging! BEACH Beach was fantastic - again option for sunbeds or bring own towel to sit on etc. Water lovely and warm - beach very well kept and some volleyball courts for kids to play. Didn't do the water sports as felt they were expensive but weren't really our thing either. STAFF The staff were a credit to this resort - ALL so friendly, helpful and nothing was too much. All seemed very hard working to make it a pleasurable holiday! TIPS Just some tips if going: Tips - a small tip for the staff will go down well - they all work hard! Chill Out Bar - the chicken kebabs are to die for! served lunch hours rather than going to the lunch restaurant. Mozzie Spray - bring some - got bitten loads! Cats - a few cats roam the resort, however they are no harm, don't get in the way and don't bother anyone! Very well looked after by the residents :) Entertainment - plenty available for the kids to do at the amphitheatre! A resort id definitely go back to!
Absolutely fantastic hotel! The most kind and friendly staff, incredible food and atmosphere. We had such great time we have booked again for September this year 🤩
We were sent to this hotel after spending our holiday in Marmaris. Our flight was delayed by 10 hours on the return journey and TUI kindly sent their flight passengers to a few of their own hotels in Sarigerme where we were allowed to enjoy all the A.I perks. Having stayed in a 5☆ in Marmaris then sent to this hotel .......oh my! Where do I begin! On arrival we were greeted by the lovely staff, very friendly indeed 🙂 The reception area is bright, clean and welcoming. The food, and there was lots of it, was fantastic. The grounds were exceptional, we took a walk to the beach and stumbled upon yet more food choices and bars. We were delayed there for around 8 hours and it wasn't enough time to explore the whole resort. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone, the whole experience was absolutely amazing, so much so that this is where we're booking for next year. We'll done TUI 👏
This is a large family hotel with direct beach access. We visited the last 2 weeks of October right at the end of their season. Our party consisted of 3 generations including my 9 year old granddaughter. Rooms are split between those attached to the main building and those in blocks up to 3 stories high. We stayed in the latter. The rooms were of a good size with a separate double bedroom and lounge with 2 sofas for further beds. Firstly the blocks don't have lifts and for families you have to carry push chairs, etc up and down. The rooms had large walk in shower cubicles but the shower floors were so slippery as, in my opinion, be dangerous. The fridge in the living area worked 24/7 and was very loud. The only solution was to unplug! The main swimming pool was very large with two large waterslides. However the water temperature was exceedingly cold. As mentioned in other reviews the drinks were poor. The Efes beer available was not the normal one, just compare with that in village. The "Coke" available came from a bottle of local cola behind the bar not the Coke tap. Food was OK but the Turkish night was a big disappointment. It was a poor version of food in non tourist areas thatIhaveeatenon manyworktripsover15+ years. For me these are too many negatives. And oh don't forget the insect repellant!
Great hotel, situated in a good location, it was great to have the beach so near and it was only a 20 minute walk to the nearby shops and restaurants. We tried several of the restaurants and couldn't fault the choice of food. The main restaurant in the hotel did a good job of holding themed food nights. The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable and our rooms were cleaned every day. There was some entertainment in the bar area but there seemed to be more going on for children in the outside amphi-theatre which continued into the evening. The Chill-out Bar was a good place to go a bit later in the evenings to join in with various entertainment and dancing to the music. I must compliment the hotel staff where nothing was too much trouble. The dining room staff were excellent, particularly Emre, Kaya, Mert and Ercan who were very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. They named myself and two sisters 'The Golden Girls'. This review is from another well satisfied sister who would definitely recommend this hotel.
