TUI BLUE Tropical

Just returned from 2 weeks at the Tui Blue Tropical, Sarigerme. Fabulous hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Lots of bars to ensure nowhere gets too busy. Food was amazing, particularly the desserts. Great choice everyday. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly Sirin at the restaurant. Sirin is very friendly and welcoming and very efficient, bringing more drinks and clearing dishes. Lots of activities at the main pool but we preferred the relax pool. Very clean and well maintained throughout. To get to the beach is quite a walk through the grounds and the beach bar is not directly on the beach but back a bit. A couple of minutes drive to the town of Sarigerme which cost us 300TL each time. We had an amazing holiday!!

The staff, location, food, cleanliness and hospitality at this hotel are absolutely top notch. This was our third year staying at the TUI Blue Tropical and it did not disappoint. Firstly the staff at this hotel are incredible. Due to a dietary requirement we placed food orders directly with the restaurant managers every day. They go above and beyond with the chefs to ensure your dietary needs are catered for. Ali and Mete deserve special mentions as they continually looked after us and ensured we had everything we needed. Special and well deserved mentions go to Isa who was one of the waiting staff. He remembers us each year, engages in conversation with our son and really looked after us so well. Lastly in the restaurant team Tugba - the most kindest, caring and hard working member of the restaurant team you could ever meet! We had many lovely conversations each day and she ensured our mealtimes were wonderful. She constantly cared for all her guests, keeping drinks topped up and tables cleared. She’s a great credit to the restaurant team and we look forward to seeing her every year! The guest relations team who deal with any requests or queries are amazing. Burçın on this team is a true credit and does all she can to look after you! The hotel is spotlessly clean. The gardens are really well maintained and beautiful grounds to walk around. The pools are fine despite some guests saying they are cold. We had no issue with the pools. Stick your shoulders under and move around and you are fine. There were no issues with finding sun beds - yes some people reserved them early morning but we had no problems finding a bed. The kids clubs were good - no issues with getting our son in. Some people stayed up till midnight when the TUI BLUE app released booking slots. But I never had to do this and got my son booked in each day. Possibly because more staff for kids club arrived during the second week of our stay. The Spa at the TUI BLUE TROPICAL is wonderful. I’d highly recommend. Some people were completely unrealistic with prices expecting a massage for nothing. This is a first class Spa - just because you are in Turkey doesn’t mean you’ll pay peanuts for a treatment. You get what you pay for. I had a course of 5 massages while I was here and we all had a Turkish Hanam (3 people) for £450. It was reasonably priced and the massages were better than the U.K. One thing that was different for us this year was the entertainment. It got a bit repetitive with Dance Acts most nights. Some were really good but it felt a bit repetitive after a few nights. If you get the opportunity to go into Sarigerme itself - GO! I’d highly recommend Jokers Steakhouse for a change of scenery and good. Great breakfasts, dinners and cocktails. For excursions we went with Basket Travel for the 12 Islands tour. Great value, food and brilliant staff. TUI do the same trip, but Basket Travel had local staff doing the tour and were less expensive. We will definitely go back to the TUI BLUE TROPICAL again!

We had yet another excellent two week break after returning again this year with friends we met in the hotel last year. Everything was as expected, Amazing! From the most wonderful staff, immaculate grounds and rooms, to the expectional food and great entertainment teams. We travelled as two families of three with an 8 and 10 year old boys. Who had a fantastic time in the pool each day and getting involved in the pool games and enjoyed the evening entertainment. They didn’t get involved in the kids clubs or amphitheatre this year, but just due to enjoying the pool entertainment, rather than anything else. A shout out to all the staff that made our stay even better, but special mentions to Mehmet Umut, Maxmillion, Arif, Emrah and Pembe.

Currently here on our fourth stay in Six years. Coming to the end of our stay. Staying in 4136 ( Suite ) and 2102 ( family Room ). Forth Review of this property. ( Please see previous reviews ) Every word of previous Reviews , I stand over. I don't work for or have anything to do with employment with the property. The Staff and Management do an exceptional job here , in looking after you from the moment you arrive until you leave . My father is 80 years old and is a Coelic ( Gluten intolerant). They have gone out of their way to accommodate his requirements. Bar Supervisors do a great job looking after you. The lads who have been here from the start , all I can do is to say thank you, thank you . 10 years and running , looking after people 👏 👏 👏 Green and Grill and Levante do an exceptional job. Food is at the same high standard and that's not easy. Basket Travel in the Village do the same solid work for trips. Cannot recommend highly enough . Professional as always and better than TUI Trips . Always use local. Food in the main Restaurant is great. Chefs and waiters go above and beyond as always all day , breakfast and Dinner. Be kind to the staff. They try very hard to make your stay memorable. Don't moan , you're on holidays . Switch off and relax. Tip and be kind. Big thank you to the Hotel customer service staff. You have a lot to do and you get things done . Flowers I ordered for my wife for her birthday were amazing. Remember mind your manners. Don't be rude and tip the staff. They do an incredible job in very hot weather . Relax , don't leave your brains on the runway. Staff always watch and talk. Be nice . There are a lot of Nationalities here . Your NOT the only one here. Enjoy your stay and let the staff look after you. You're " Home ". All the Best to the Management and Staff for the rest of the season. Highlight for me is the White Party on Thursday nights. Amazing .

Airport was quick (machines), 20 minutes from airport and good flight times - fantastic. Room and complex was fabulous. Every member of staff went over and beyond and special call out to:- * Murat - Operations Supervisor - who made our Wedding Anniversary - so special * Dennis and Pink - Waiters at the Sports bar - that looked after us, every day and night * Yusuf and Zenika - Tui Blue Guides - that sorted out our Wi-Fi and Tui App. Also the guy who sorted out the restaurant for our Anniversary. Food - one of the best buffets I have ever seen and the other restaurants were fantastic. All in all it was that good, we are returning with my Sister on the 24th September this year- to experience it all again and cant wait to see you all again !
