TUI BLUE Tropical

This is another level of Holiday! We have been in differeng hiltons, marriots..but this is being perfect (we are almost at the end of Holidays). Everythjng - from childcare (top!), through fitness (all 3 instructors were knowledgable - amazing!) and all the Little things like places to leave cups everywhere, house for cats, so they dong sprwad much (like on Cuprus). So big place - you can find things for everyone. And food - such amazing, The Best we have ever had in the hotel!

We were really impressed with Tui Blue Tropical. We have always avoided all inclusive holidays but wanted to have a relaxing trip with our toddler and the hotel definitely provided that. The kids club was great. We had no problems booking it and the sign in/ out system was very organised. Our 3 year old adored the staff. The food was overall very good particularly if you had the Turkish style food. We enjoyed both Levante and Green and Grill. All the staff were fantastic but Isa and Umut were particularly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a sliding suite which worked well for our family. All the terraces/ balconies looked very safe. We had a wonderful view of an orange grove and it was a lovely quiet block. There were a number of pools and we never had any issues securing sunbeds. We did however find the pools cold for the first part of the week (early May) and a wetsuit for our daughter was a necessity. It was a shame parents couldn't go down the slides with children in the kids pool. This meant it wasn't widely used. We did go down with her on the big slides which she loved. Beach was beautiful and surrounded by mountains. The water was clean and generally very calm. The only negative on location was lack of sights within walking distance. We did not do a tui trip but the feedback that we heard were they were on big coaches. We did do an enjoyable trip to the turtle sanctuary and beach with a local company on a small minibus. Would recommend making sure you book with the actual tour provider rather than an agent to avoid additional fees (which we got caught out by). Overall we would definitely return/ recommend to friends and family.

Nice hotel, wonderful holiday, rooms are all 1 bed plus 2 single sofa couches in L shaped so be aware if booking as a family, toiletries only in executive rooms so take your own. Fridge in room is a new 'Concept' as they called it at reception... It's empty, no drinks and to stock it is chargeable at hotel high prices. Drinks on A/I are local, with everything else chargeable and after 24:00 every drink is chargeable, 14euros for nice brandy etc. Food was excellent, including pool lunchtime buffet and speciality restaurants were a nice change(free once per 5 day stay). Deserts were so much better than normal Turkish A/I. Local town 5 euros in taxi approx 2km walk along half built path. Selection of food/drinks/clothes. So overall a nice holiday as a couple, nice beer, super food, fun shows, not sure how rooms would work with families. Staff all extra friendly and efficient, spa staff pleasant and not pushy. Everything is only bookable on the TUI app, not ideal, no noticeboards showing activities/shows, constantly referred to 'the app' . For trips other guests recommended 'basket travel ' on WhatsApp and in town, 20% cheaper

The hotel staff are very helpful. Especially Deniz who helped us organize our trip to multiple islands. I tried to book a private tour but had no phone to call. He called to a couple private tours himself from his own food and helped us to choose the best one.

Fantastic hotel, staff very obliging and super friendly. Remember our drinks before we get to the bar. Food delicious and so much choice. I have a nut allergy and they have made a dessert of my choice every evening. We have enjoyed the Yoga classes with Gamza and the Aqua classes with Barbara very much. They are both very friendly and explain everything very clearly. The only negative is that the All Inclusive cocktails and Red Wine needs improving. Overall we would recommend this hotel to everyone. They cater for families, couples and groups. It’s close to the airport (20 minute transfer) and a small town within walking distance. Just perfect.
