TUI MAGIC LIFE Sarigerme

This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations! We visited as a family of 6 (13,12,11,8) and nothing disappointed us. Staff- nothing was ever a problem from management to the cleaning team. All staff were utterly attentive and made our holiday thoroughly enjoyable. Three of us are gluten free and needed a special diet daily , which they provided without any issues. We named what we wanted and they made it and it was so delicious! From pizzas to pasta dishes , waffles and pancakes. If you want to go somewhere where there is an excellent kids club.This is definitely the place to go. They have a club for minis, maxis and teens, and they have lots and lots of activities throughout the day, including going on banana boats, mountain biking and much more. Some days , our children were there for up 8 having the time of their lives!! The entertainment team are second to none.They are continuously putting on shows, games and a variety of activities like foam parties , silent , discos , cocktail tasting , and beach games, pool cinema and much more. The hotel itself is in immaculate condition there is always someone around to ensure that standards are kept tip top!! We will definitely be returning again to this gorgeous hotel.It definitely matches its name of a magic life!! Pointers- the mosquitoes are rife here , so ensure you bring plenty of mosquito spray and lotion. Check out is at twelve p m regardless of when your flight is. You have the option to pay ninety euros to keep it until six p m otherwise , you are having to shower and change in the gym. Me, my wife and our family stayed here for our Honeymoon and it was the perfect place to celebrate. The accommodation was excellent, the food was amazing and different every night and the resort had a lovely atmosphere. Our overall standout was just how good Arzu was as an entertainer. She made us feel right at home from day one and is an absolute credit to TUI Magic Life Sarigerme! 10/10!

We had a wonderful family holiday as a part wedding celebrations for my son. The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly. The food was great and a good choice. As a party of 9, the staff always ensured there was a table that would seat us all together and we also managed sunbeds all together both by the pool and on the beach. The activities were fun and a big shout out to Arzu who was entertaining, friendly and fun, we enjoyed joining in on the boccia and darts games with her. All round an enjoyable holiday

Amazing location and greenery. Beach is beautiful. Staff are amazing from room cleaners to entertainment team, we particularly enjoyed darts with arzu. Lots to do throughout the day with great drinks included within the all inclusive and excellent food for lots of dietary requirements. Check in was super quick and smooth with welcome drinks on arrival.

We recently stayed at TUI Magic Life Sarigerme and overall had a lovely holiday. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful, well maintained, and immaculate throughout. The facilities were excellent, and the food was outstanding with plenty of choice every day. The staff were friendly and hardworking, and there is a lot to enjoy about this resort. However, our experience with the bungalow accommodation was disappointing. We paid extra to upgrade to a bungalow, which in hindsight was not worth the additional cost. The bungalow was located up the side of a very steep hill with a huge number of uneven steps. This would be extremely difficult for anyone with limited mobility. We were travelling with friends who had toddlers and found it almost impossible to use a pushchair due to the steep, uneven pathways and steps. There were also some safety concerns, as several banister rails appeared loose, detached, or in need of repair. The climb up and down to the room multiple times a day became quite tiring. The bungalow itself was in desperate need of refurbishment. It felt very dark, even with all the lights switched on, and the décor looked tired. Storage space was limited, with little room for suitcases and not enough space for everyone’s clothes. Unfortunately, the room felt quite cramped and gloomy compared to the bright and attractive surroundings of the resort. To be fair, the hotel did offer to move us to another room on the third day of our stay, but by that point we had already unpacked and settled in, so we chose to stay where we were. Despite the accommodation issues, we still enjoyed our holiday thanks to the fantastic facilities, beautiful grounds, and excellent food. My advice would be to think carefully before paying extra for a bungalow, particularly if you have young children, mobility concerns, or simply prefer easy access around the resort.
