TUI MAGIC LIFE Sarigerme

We arrived late September, early October and we loved every second of our stay here! The temperature was very pleasant and a lot of spaces to relax and not worry about finding a spot! Firstly, I loved the location, being surrounded by nature; the beach was incredible, very soft sand and the water is very shallow for a good while which we liked a lot, made the water warmer! The staff and entertainment where super friendly and welcoming, the cleaners also did an amazing job with our room and the whole hotel when there was some rain, ensuring nothing was slippery and it was clean, so thank you. A lot of activities to choose from, mainly booked from the app which is super convenient and easy! Definitely great for some active holiday goers. The app is also really good for checking menu items for the restaurants and drinks, booking cabanas, accessing the map, booking activities and checking availability and also seeing what entertainment is on and when! The food was phenomenal! The quality was very nice and chefs prepared a lot of the hot food in front of you too, We really enjoyed ourselves, food was great, vibes were great. It was a very very nice holiday. Of course, the cat's stole our hearts this holiday, they are so friendly and well taken cared for. Each one had such interesting personalities, We miss them! We also have already booked for our next stay this year too! Highly recommend this hotel!

I have stayed in many hotels throughout my life.The Magic Life Sagriame is at the very top of the list. From check in with full explanation of the hotel and facilities. I am giving this hotel five stars because of the buffet restaurant and all staff. The food is worthy of a Michelin star.. presentation, quality of food and variety. Everywhere is spotless and cleaning is continuous. All staff are extremely friendly without exception. The pools, grounds and beach area are also meticulous. Lunch is served in the pool area restaurant. I will definitely return next year.. Thanks again for such a wonderful holiday. Room 136.

Stunningly situated hotel, in beautiful surroundings. The warmest team of staff who work so hard. Words can’t really do justice to the experience. I absolutely loved it there and would go back, which I never expected I’d ever consider doing. They really look after you.

Came here for a week in October half term with my husband, 2 children (aged 4 and 6) and my Mum. We had a lovely week at this hotel. The food was exceptional and restaurant quality. The pools were ice cold and my children struggled with the temperatures so I’d suggest wet suits for little ones. My children loved the kids club and the activities were exceptional. The entertainment team were great and the shows and parties were brilliant. The beach was lovely and clean and plenty of sun loungers. There are lots of cats roaming however, so if you don’t like cats this hotel is not for you. There are a lot of steps around the resort so it’s not for those with mobility needs. The birds (peacocks, hens, ducks) were an added feature at this hotel, but this made the nearby paths covered in bird poo and we had a buggy meaning that we used this route daily to the pool area as it was ramp access as opposed to steps, so cleaning bird poo off the pushchair was annoying. All in all a great week but we would not return. A small suggestion for the hotel would be a beach toy library to avoid purchasing more single use plastic beach toys.
