Turquoise Hotel Oludeniz

What a fantastic hotel, and the best staff members I have ever experienced while on holiday. We were made to feel extremely welcome since the first moment, and joined in to all the daily activities the staff organises. Everyone is caring and fun, both to the adults and to the kids. We already know we are going to be upset leaving this place later this evening. Sagol to our Turkish family

We stayed here for 7 days, room we a good size and cleaned everyday. The food was really good and a decent amount of choice. The atmosphere was brilliant and the darts, water polo and killer pool was a great way to mix and make friends. Eren and the entertainment team really made us feel welcome and included everyone in the activities. The beach is a 10 min walk and the shops and bars are 5 mins away. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is clean and staff generally friendly. We were placed in block 6 which had missing curtains, as a result, we were woken at 5am most days by the light. Due to the positioning of the blocks, music and entertainment would play from both ends of our hotel room (karaoke and disco most nights) at night and be extremely loudly. When I asked whether the music could be turned down slightly so I couldn’t hear every word of the songs, I was told no. When I queried for a second time I was told “music only continues to 11pm”. I then spoke to the Night Manager who was extremely rude and told me “I’m the only one with the problem”. I wasn’t asking for the music to be turned off, but slightly lower so I couldn’t hear the bass whilst lying in bed. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re seeking a relaxing break where you can get to sleep before midnight.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with the best staff! Theyre like a family here, and make you feel so welcome. We came all inclusive, and you do not go hungry whatsoever. Plenty of food, drinks, snacks and icecreams for the kids too. The rooms are lovely and spacious. Day time and evening entertainment is fantastic and there's lots of activities to do during the day too. We will absolutely be back one day, I dont want to leave at all and will miss the lovely friendly staff so much when we go! A special thanks to Eren, Lena, Morat and Adem for being amazing, and keeping us and the kids happy. We will miss you!

The staff make this place the best vibe! They are all so friendly and attentive you don't have to lift a finger (unless your playing bowls or darts) Eren & Lena kept the children entertained and Adam & Eleanor checked in on us daily. The bar men made great cocktails and the food was perfect for the weather. Clean rooms daily, fresh towels, plenty of loungers and the entertainment was incredible!!
