Garden Plaza Saigon   

Beautiful hotel located near the airport with a great pool! The hotel service staff is very friendly and goes beyond in helping you with your requests. I can highly recommend the lunch- and dinner buffet. The bed is very comfortable, as is the bath. Because of the various lamps in the rooms, you can create your own ambiance in the room. Daily cleaning is a very big plus, and bottles of water are given for free each day. I stayed here for 5 weeks and enjoyed my stay immensely.

I am very lucky to travel around the world with my job. And so along came another trip to Saigon, my third visit in recent years and with it, the usual enquiry to my company regarding which hotel i will stay in. When working, a hotel is a hotel - they are all much the same. I was told i would be going to the Garden Plaza Saigon - a new one for me, so i did not have any idea if it was good or bad. On arrival, immediately i noticed something different. The Concierge greeted me by name (how did he know when i hadn't checked in yet?), the reception girls did the same. And this is what makes the Garden Plaza Saigon different - the staff. The nicest, friendliest, smiliey people you could wish to meet. Not only the "front of house" team, but also the chefs, the assistant sales director, room service staff and cleaners. Every one of the team had time to talk and were very polite, and that is a very rare thing in most hotels. And the rooms are comfortable and quiet, the breakfast is very good, and the hotel is 5 minutes from the airport and 10 to 15 minutes from the city centre. Thank you GP team, you are the best! Be proud of yourselves.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Garden Plaza Saigon,Vietnam and would happily return again. The rooms were very well arranged, modern, and comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully organized, and the cleanliness was consistently excellent throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, making sure everything was spotless and welcoming. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Every single person, from the reception team to the kitchen staff, worked at the highest level of professionalism. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you goes to Ms. Thúy at the reception. She was exceptional — always kind, respectful, and incredibly helpful. No matter the situation, she found solutions quickly and with a smile. Her positive attitude and dedication made a big difference in our stay. The hotel also offers a pleasant ambiance, great service, and a very enjoyable dining experience. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared, adding even more to the overall comfort. We truly appreciated everything and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vietnam! Very service done by Phat server in this hotel. I was vegetarian. Without asking he just noticed & spoke to the chef and gave me a surprise vegetarian dinner for me. Again without asking warm water he brought a glass of warm water as soon as I sat down to have my dinner. Very good service. Phat Thank you so much for your service.

A very good and huge hotel. I liked the swimming pool and adjacent area. The hotel is located very close to the airport. The Ho Chi Minh City centre is 10km away but shuttle bus is available. I had breakfast there. Staffs can speak English and they are cordial. Room was good, basic toiletries were there. Price was moderate.
