Ignore any negative reviews this was such a relaxing holiday. I went solo, and whilst I didn’t partake in the evening entertainment the rest of the hotel was very lovely. Staff were kind, there were a few bars to choose from also. Food seemed repetitive but it is all inclusive, it’s expected, Drinks were good, and great range to chose from. I had a great holiday and would return there!

Please ignore any negative reviews about this hotel. We are currently coming to the end of a week here and we have nothing but praise about the hotel, staff and facilities. First of all the food... exactly what is expected from an all inclusive hotel. We have heard people being negative about it, but i am a chef, and i can assure you, if you have any idea about food, then you will be fine here. The salads are eslecially good as they change options daily and there is plenty of choice. The staff are very kind and welcoming. We especially found the animation team, receptionists and chefs/ restaurant staff to be very kind to our 2 young children, which made the holiday extra good. The pool is very nice and the gardens very well maintained and presented. The rooms are as would be expected anywhere. Thank you for a great stay. We will recommend to everyone.

This hotel went under new management the day we arrived. The hotel was clean and staff were helpful however, food is substandard and repetitive no food labels showing vegetarian options or in most cases what it actually was. Cold or poorly heated snacks, chips, pizza only. We stayed in family duplex room, good size but no fridge so water purchased was always warm and no where to store milk, tea and coffee never replaced so waste of time having facilities in the room. WIFI not good as constantly having to re-register. Noise in the family rooms due to location near road, morning waste collections loud and traffic from 05.30. Location a bus ride from the beach the shuttle bus offered did not turn up on a couple of occasions. Should be 2 stars maximum not value for money very disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to families.

Not too sure why people complain about this hotel. It is in the middle of nowhere which suited us. Do some research before you go there maybe. Hotel staff are some of the friendliest we have met. Couldn't do enough for us and always spoke to us. Rooms were fine and always clean. Food was plentiful and even had muscles and rabbit the one day. Plenty of choice at all meal times. Biscuits and cakes were available as snacks in the afternoons. Several cocktails to pick from, hot drinks available as well as wine, beer and soft drinks you could help yourself to. It was lovely in the evenings to sit with a drink or 2 on the outside areas and chat to so many different people instead of having to listen to loud music all night. Wasn't much going on during the day but the young entertainment team were very polite and looked good fun. Was great watching children and some grown men running across a mat in the swimming pool. Keep up the good work hotel drago and ignore the moaners!! Thank you for a great week's break.

Grap the worst food ever manager no good never go again Spoke to guests they all agreed on the food etc So please check reviews before you regret 8t
