Great location adjacent to the boardwalk along the beach. Next to the stairway leading down to the beach shops and restaurants. Spotless. Nice pool and grounds. Quiet and relaxed. Kitchen equipped with the bare necessities. Induction stove top is frustrating. No condiments, etc. We would return. Excellent value.

Stayed 6-13 March 2022 Picked up from the airport by very posh Mercedes. Location really close to beech with excellent sea view. Very clean and cleaned regular by a very friendly maid. Fresh bread rolls left daily. Would definitely stay here again..

Great location overlooking the dunes & close to the beach, resturants & shops, the apartment was clean & spacious for 2 people and good vlaue for money. Large balcony with table & chairs & 2 sun loungers. We paid for a higher level apartment & were on the top floor (3rd) with fabulous views. Clean pool area. Reception very helpful & arranged a car hire for us, reception is not 24hrs & is based at the sister apartments Patricio a few hundred yards away, we arrived around 20.00hrs & met by reception staff who explained everything & took your passports untiil payment completed the next day in working hours - later arrivals are given a code a safe to access their room keys. Free wifi in aparrtment. Safety deposit box non refundable & paid seperately (less than 20 euros I think). NIce touch of 2 x fresh bread rolls left in a bag on your front door each day & the apartment had a minibar with water & alchololic drinks at very similar prices to the supermarkets. Overall a lovely quiet location & the apartments are set in well kept grounds. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed there as a couple for 2 weeks. I'll summarise my points; Positives; - Great location near the beach, restaurants etc - Great dune/ beach views - Clean apartment, large enough for 2 - Good size balcony - Small but adequate kitchen - small but pleasant secluded pool area - free rolls in the morning a nice touch Negatives; - We asked for top 2nd floor end room but got middle 1st floor - We never had any sun on our balcony all day. It may be the May sun angle but without the sun it can get cold - Kitchen had 2 hot plates, limited cooking facilities. Overall we had a great time there but the lack of sun on the balcony that time of the year was very disappointing considering the photos on the website. As a result unless the temperature is really warm in the shade it can get cold due to its location on the front and the resulting wind.

The last time we were in maspolomas we stayed in the Patricio apartments which are part of the same group. These apartments are a short distance from the Patricio. They are equally as clean and have everything you need on a holiday. They are close to a great selection of bars and restaurants. They are also close to the Cita and Yombo shopping complexes. The beach is a short walk away. If you are looking for very clean, quiet apartments with all amenities around this is the place. We also had an excellent room on the ground floor beside the pool. Omayra looked after us very well she is a really nice genuine person with very good English. Thank you guys for a great stay.
