Revoli Playa Apartments

No complaints whatsoever We only stayed for one night on bed and breakfast basis There was plenty of choice and enough to suit everyone's tastes I would think Had apartment on first floor with a lovely pool view Paco on reception was very helpful Bit of an uphill walk back to the hotel but taxis were cheap enough Very handy for the bus station

We have just checked out after a 12 day stay this is the first time visiting and I would return. We were on the second floor facing the pool so this was great and the accommodated both rooms next to each other which was perfect. One life guard was great he was always walking round the pool and making sure kids were wearing armbands etc he did a great job I think he was the main life guard as person we saw the most. I did see another male lifeguard on 2 days we stayed who didn’t really move from his chair up in the corner the full 2 days I doubt he could even see the pool clearly from where he was sitting. We didn’t struggle getting sunbeds although last couple of days it was extremely busy and I did see staff removing the towels etc which was good as a lot were chancing it. Overall we had a great stay and would return. Cleaner could have been better as she didn’t mop the floor etc the days she done the room was literally just bed made and rubbish out .

Room location was next to main road and noisy, come for past 6 years for a birthday and without mention this was always acknowledged with a nice gesture, this year came for a 50th and made hotel aware via email and nothing acknowledged. Had to go to reception twice as sheets hadn’t been changed just remade after a week. Sunbeds were an issue and previous years this has been addressed but this year sunbeds full with towels yet no people. POSITIVE was the lifeguard, he was friendly nothing too much and made more of an error that the entertainer, which I would question his background as he was very inappropriate and my child even commented he didn’t like him, he got changed 3 times in the space of 30 minutes walking up and down Specific sun loungers he gave creepy vibes. We actually went and spent time a friends hotel as it was more comfortable. So sorry after all these years won’t be returning.

Hotel good location cleanliness spot on! Self catering equipment good all staff great except pool entertainment guy total joke hiding behind pillar all day smoking n drinking no communication with guests

I was here in May and had a wonderful experience. Both the breakfast and the staff were amazing, especially Ibai, the entertainer. He is such a great and fun person who tried to get the guests to join the activities he was holding. He was fantastic with the kids. The room was amazingly clean and had plenty of space for clothes and relaxing. Will definitely come back
