Hotel not too far from the airport so the transfer was relatively quick . A few shops and bars near the hotel but no “strip” as such but we didn’t really miss that . Nice family atmosphere in the hotel , no fight for sun beds which is always good , plenty of space if you wanted a bit of peace . The spa looked nice but it was an extra charge to use their pool , jacuzzi etc . My grandson who’s 14 was disappointed he could not use the gym , even with one of us supervising, as you have to be 16 . Also if you want a sun bed on the small beach these are €3 . Our room was on the 11th floor and was lovely , views amazing with a huge balcony and a separate bedroom. Food was lovely, especially the desserts in the evening. The cocktails were nice but to be honest I’m not sure how much alcohol was in them ! We ordered an extra short to add and you could actually taste it then . The entertainment in the evening was just ok , the team give it a fair shot but I think it could do with a few outside professionals coming in a few nights . In all we had a lovely week and would definitely recommend a trip to the waterpark that was a great day .

We had a lovely week at the hotel, our room was nice, clean, reasonably quite and cleaned when put label on the door. Only downside was we only got 2 bottles of water all week despite being all inclusive. The resteruant was nice n clean food was well presented and very varied, something for everyone. Staff was very polite, friendly , informative and well presented. The pool area's where very busy with most being occupied with families and very young children so we found it a bit calmer on the edge of pool's near to the private beach. All in all a nice hotel,

We came during may half term, with our two children (5 and 2). This has been my favourite family holiday so far, mainly because of our family friendly the hotel was. We weren't entirely sure what to expect with the trip advisor rating (would usually go for 4.5+) but we were so impressed. Room was very clean and tidy, and perfect for us as a family, the split level worked really well. Gorgeous sea view from our balcony (floor 7). Food was great, lots of choice, fab for kids, plenty for me (gluten intolerant). Pools are amazing for children, especially the kids pool with slides. Had to go and grab sunbeds around 7.30 in the morning to be near the pool but that was fine. It was busy but what else can you expect during the school holidays. Entertainment was great for our age kids, they loved seeing Bamse and Tuibot around the pool and the disco was at a perfect time for young children too. We had one meal at the Taverna which was a lovely change from all inclusive buffet. We will definitely look at coming back.

Can’t wait to return! This was a last minute holiday with very little research done lol! But the place was more than I could of hoped for, travelled with my 4yo and my mum. The place is huge stayed in a 1 bed apartment with single beds and bed in livingroom. Lovely and clean, ground floor unfortunately we had a few roaches( totally normal for the canaries) unfortunately my mum was NOT prepared and it affected her general mood. She requested a move and they were amazing and attentive. Food no complaints apart from no English bacon but that is just personal preference. Food is plentiful with a kids station, lots of sweet treats for dessert options. Fave was the fresh pizza! Didn’t use the bar as i grabbed a bottle at duty free. Remote locations but shops n restaurants very close. We did late checkout through tui was a wonderful stay the place is beautiful. Little one loved the pools too. Oh! And the photographer was great even got in the pool taking photos.

We arrived early evening and were greeted at reception by friendly smiling staff, Checked in really quickly and went to room where we found safe was not working which was fixed by maintenance man within 30 mins (Great service). The staff were polite and welcoming and always available to help as were the TUI Reps (Nothing was too trivial for them). The whole hotel is clean and well maintained that includes rooms, pools, restaurant and gardens. There was never a night for us when we couldn't find something that we wanted to eat; the selection of mains is superb and the puddings, cakes and ice cream are lovely with a good variety of choice. There is a rule that you cannot take food from pool bar to the poolside which we thought was good however this was not enforced (Due to lack of staff) which left a few people confused when they were stopped and others were not. There are designated smoking/vapping areas which again is a good idea especially for those who do not partake or do not like the smell of tobacco. We travelled with our daughter, son-in-law and grandson; there is plenty to keep all ages occupied throughout the holiday. We will defo be going back absolutely loved this hotel. There is not really a beach to speak of and it is in a quiet area.
