Elba Premium Suites

This hotel was amazing!! They gave us an upgrade because we booked with them directly instead of with TUI, which meant a huge suite, spa access, and a welcome gift. The staff were amazing here too. The rooms were very clean as well. There was a list of activities offered everyday like yoga, pool dancing, etc. and entertainment every night at the bar! The hotel itself was lovely. The quiet adult pool was huge and very well kept. The bigger pool that allowed kids also looked really fun although we only went to the adults only pool. We chose the Adult only option which was perfect as it had Adult only bar, restaurants and pool with pool side bar. The food was very very good! The food options also changed everyday which was very nice. There were tons of alcohol free options for one of us who doesn't drink so that was much appreciated. The spa was very good, good massages that we booked and really good spa features like bi thermal shower and steam room. One small downside is that it's not super close to the beach, so if you're keen for lots of beach days it might be harder, we only went to the waterfront to walk around for lunch and it was very easily accessible from the hotel but maybe not if you had a wagon of beach things to bring.

Arrived home from Elba premium suits this morning. This was our second visit to this hotel and it won’t be our last. Room was spacious and cleaned daily by the wonderful housekeeping staff. Our days we mostly spent by the adults only pool which was lovely and relaxing and the staff wonderful and friendly. Evenings we spent at the adults bar again we can’t fault the staff they always had a smile and a Hola for us. I want to say a special thank you for the bottle of fizz, macarons and the lovely card that was left in our room (722) for my birthday it was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Food was the worst i have ever experienced in any hotel, i am grateful for the weightloss but seriously disappointed in a hotel claiming 4 stars. if you dont like eating fish or sea insects then this place isnt for you. The service in the Adult only restaurant was disgusting, the attitude and the anger in their two bar managers Chu and Raul neefs addressing with many of the clientele around us complaining. Throwing menus at you because you couldnt guess what was on them but they expected you to know. When you did request there was never anything available, which Raul was delighted to tell you. The rooms were clean and decent enough, we had a suite which overlooked the pool. The staff in the upstairs adult only bar were friendly and hard working. The entertainment downstairs was average but ruined by screaming out of control kids running around knocking things over. Reception staff were good and informative. The adult only pool area was really good with cushioned sunbeds which we had no bother getting. The larger pool also looked abundant in sunbeds. Lots of flies around and a frequent smell of sewage which may have been due to the irrigation system used to water the plants. in summary, it was a shame that the hotel fail to pick up on a few individuals who are unruly towards paying customers, i cannot believe the management havent had scores of complaints about their problem staff and their behaviour ruined our holiday. i would not return if they paid me. in summary the

Perfect hotel, just back this morning and my sister and I agree that we couldn’t think of anything negative to say about this beautiful hotel.

Had a great holiday here, had nice food, the room was amazing - definitely stay for the all inclusive package if you can as it makes it worthwhile. Staff were really nice and helpful, people had good English so it was easy to communicate. Few things I would say are; the hotel mostly says Adults only which I thought that meant you would see no kids at all but that's not the case - maybe I misunderstood it or something. Also I would say they should make more drinks / snacks available to all inclusive customers - as there are only 3 cocktails available, the rest are extra which is a shame. But all in all, definitely a very peaceful hotel to stay at!
