Riu Jambo

Riu Jambo Zanzibar is absolutely 5 stars! 🌟 From transfers and check-in to rooms, meals, and activities—everything was exceptional. Special thanks to Mr. Rendy for his outstanding service. Worth every penny and highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my family. The overall experience was truly enjoyable—from the warm hospitality to the clean and comfortable environment, everything met our expectations. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made our stay even more pleasant. The facilities were well-maintained, and we really appreciated the relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit. It’s definitely a place we would consider returning to. As a small suggestion, we would love to see a wider variety of food and drink options in the future to make the experience even more exceptional. (i.e more variety of alcohol) Thank you for a great stay!

To the Hotel management and staff, thank you for making our stay at Riu Jambo an exciting and enjoyable one. The food was excellent with a wide variety to choose from. The entertainment each day was fun filled. The staff all around were very polite, friendly and very accommodating. The water sport facilities, also fantastic. I most certainly recommend the Riu Jambo for future holiday makers to Zanzibar.

What a great memorable stay we had. The staff can not do enough for you. When we arrived, we were just blown away by the beautiful beach and the grounds. We were extremely lucky to stay at this hotel for 3 weeks. We were only meant to stay for 2 weeks. However, we had to stay an extra week because of all the trouble that was going on in Dubai. All of the staff looked after us. However, we spent a lot of our time around by the swim up pool. Can I just say that Rosemary,Sharif & Gloria made our stay that extra special, so thank you for a great service. The food here was great, we ate at all of the restaurants and the steak was delicious. The Asian restaurant was our favourite & a shout out to Beatrice. Her energy & smile were wonderful. And we preferred how the Asian was run with different time slots. Can I just say that we have been to a lot of Rius, and this is on the top of our list. Our room was cleaned to a great standard, too. When we walked past any member of staff, pretty much every staff member said hello with Jambo. The only fault I have is that please have a better choice of music around the swim up pool. It gets very repetitive after listening to the same song at least 10 times a day.

Only thing that wasn’t working well was the laundry service. They didn’t pick up as promised and they didn’t deliver as promised
