Riu Jambo

We had a truly wonderful stay at RIU Jambo, a beautiful, welcoming and well-organized resort, with well-maintained facilities and staff who were always friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to the Panzotto restaurant, which we highly recommend: excellent food, delicious dishes and impeccable service. Our heartfelt thanks go especially to Simon, the dining-room coordinator, and Jackson, who stood out for their professionalism, friendliness and genuine care for guests. Their smiles and helpful attitude made our dinners even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return!

Riu Jambo has by far being the best resort that we have stayed at. Their staff are such kind souls and everyone is extremely friendly. The overall service is exceptional, food is amazing and everything is just top tier ! We really enjoyed the Riu Party on Friday. Already planning my next visit to this beautiful resort !

Beautiful hotel, maintained so well by the staff that are constantly cleaning, clearing and gardening. All other staff were also warm and friendly and so helpful at anytime. The beach is beautiful with lots to see when snorkelling. Amazing choice of food and drinks - spoilt for choice! Entertainment team work their socks off and performed with so much skill and professionalism. Literally our only feedback would be to please change the music playlist at the pool bar. One day I counted the same Miley Cyrus song 4 times in half an hour. Easily solved! Thanks so much to all staff for a brilliant trip.

Great staff throughout the resort, especially in the bar on the jetty. Managed to book the restaurants quite easily and no problem with sun beds, everyone was really accommodating. The only slight negative is the lack of lifts, you either wait for ages or walk. We were on the 8th floor, at least it kept us fit!
