The Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort

Me and my family felt really welcomed by every staff member especially one, his name was George from animation team. We thank you everyone again for this beautiful stay.

Our stay at Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort was truly outstanding and exceeded all our expectations. The resort is beautifully located on one of the best beaches in Zanzibar, with crystal-clear turquoise water, soft white sand, and breathtaking sunsets. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views and excellent housekeeping. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. (Special thanks to Rakesh Room Service Manager / Saida / Liliane / Yves (Head Chef) / Samsun ( Chef). etc The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of local and international dishes that catered to every taste. The pools were stunning, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing throughout the day. The gardens and entire property were immaculately kept, creating a peaceful tropical atmosphere. The entertainment, activities, and overall service made our holiday unforgettable. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the hospitality was second to none. I highly recommend Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable vacation in Zanzibar. We would definitely return without hesitation!

From the time I arrived in the middle of the night until the day I left, my stay was absolutely enchanting. The resort is on a human scale. It consists of beautiful small buildings (3 floors), two restaurants, bars, and other lounges, as well as lush, flower-filled gardens—all very well maintained. Not to mention the pools, the sunny terraces, the white-sand beach, and the turquoise sea. The heart and soul of this hotel lies above all in its hospitality, service, and—most of all—the kindness, friendliness and smiles of every Team Members (across all departments). You feel valued and pampered throughout your stay. I would like to congratulate and thank the management team for the warm welcome and the quality of the services: impeccable front desk and housekeeping; a food and beverage service offering varied, high-quality cuisine with daily themes; and, finally, the organization of superb evening events; not to mention the delightful surprise of the security service provided by a team of Maasai, whom you encounter throughout the day and night, from the hotel entrance to the beach and through the gardens. I would also like to thank the executive chef and his team who are always attentive to guests’ needs. I stayed at this hotel in the middle of June. I stayed in the Superior room. We were a family with a teenager. I liked everything very much. The room is spacious. The air conditioner is working. all the furniture is in good condition. the cleaning is excellent. The territory of the hotel is not huge. everything is clean and in excellent condition. there are a lot of staff. It takes a maximum of 7 minutes to walk from the extreme point at the entrance to the beach. electric vehicles for guests travel around the territory (free of charge). Special thanks to the Clinton driver. There is a small gym under the roof, but without windows) You can also get water and cold towels there. The equipment is in good condition. Food. After a week, I got a little tired of the monotony. Despite the fact that beef/pork was not very well cooked. If it's mostly chicken or fish. For drinks, all imported ones are not included in the all inclusive and must be paid for separately. It's the same with some cocktails. Entertainments. Every evening, there's either music or a show. We enjoyed it. Please note that the music plays until 23:00. It can be heard throughout the hotel. The animation team also performs well during the day. It's not intrusive, but it's exciting.
