TUI BLUE Bahari Zanzibar

Our stay at Tui Blue Bahari in Zanzibar was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning views, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere that truly captures the beauty of the island. What made our experience even more memorable was the outstanding service from the staff. A special thank you to our waiter Adam, who went above and beyond to ensure that every meal was enjoyable. He was always friendly, attentive, professional, and greeted us with a genuine smile. He consistently made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. The hospitality, attention to detail, and warm Zanzibar spirit made this one of the best resort experiences we have ever had. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Zanzibar and look forward to returning in the future.

From the moment we stepped into the reception it was like our stress melted away. From the welcome cold cloth and tea to the friendly smiles we were super impressed. We were there on our honeymoon that is why we chose an all inclusive resort so that everything was taken care of and boy oh boy was it. We were super impressed by the variety of foods and restaurant options on offer but something that was special was going to enjoy a meal at their seafood restaurant Breeze. Some of the best seafood we have ever eaten especially the Lobster Bisque. It was the star of the show for us. I truly believe we have never met this many friendly and helpful people in our lives.We just want to mention a few who made our stay exceptional: Nailat Steven Ragief Yasina Brain Rajiv Elizabeth Chef Ibrahim from breeze You were amazing The entire resort was amazing. From dining, fitness,activities and leisure by the pool there is such an amazing balanse you just get right. Our only negative was that we were there on our honeymoon and did not get the 30 min massage and private dinner which other couples received.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank David for his professionalism and excellent training sessions — he made my stay even more enjoyable and active. Unfortunately, there was one issue during check-out. I was mistakenly charged an additional amount, and the refund process took far too long. The staff were unable to resolve the issue promptly, and as a result, I almost missed my flight. This was a significant inconvenience and somewhat affected an otherwise excellent experience. Despite this incident, I am grateful to the hotel team for their hospitality and hope that similar situations can be handled more efficiently in the future.

If I were to summarize our stay, I would definitely say that the Kiwengwa region is absolutely beautiful. The TUI Blue hotel is located about one hour from the airport, and it takes roughly the same amount of time to visit places such as Stone Town. This has its own charm, as it gives you the opportunity to see the local way of life and experience the authentic atmosphere of the island. The hotel itself is stunning, spacious, and designed in a beautiful African style. The thatched roofs, vibrant colors, and lush tropical vegetation perfectly reflect the character of the region. The proximity to the beach and the crystal-clear turquoise ocean is another highlight. In this area, the sea follows the rhythm of nature, and during low tide it recedes, revealing the fascinating beauty of the local marine flora. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options available. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. We would especially like to highlight one member of staff, Adam. He is incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, always smiling, and willing to answer any question. An additional huge advantage is that he speaks Polish, which made our stay even more enjoyable. He is a wonderful person, and the hotel should be very proud to have him on the team.
