The team at Tui Blu is very dedicated, attentive to our needs and satisfaction, and always available to help! The rooms and the site are super clean and the Beach is very beautiful. Best tip: don’t engage with the vendors on the Beach!

First of all, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Ester from the Andiamo restaurant. She truly represents what genuine hospitality is all about. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I require a bit of extra attention, and Ester made sure from the very first day that I could enjoy every meal without any worries. She always checked that everything was prepared correctly, made sure I had suitable options, and did so with incredible kindness, professionalism, and a warm smile. Her dedication, commitment, and genuine care made me feel truly special. Employees like Ester are a real asset to any hotel. The hotel itself deserves the highest praise. The infrastructure is excellent, everything is spotlessly clean, and every member of the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. You can clearly see that guest satisfaction is their top priority. Whatever you ask for, the team does everything they can to make it happen. I also greatly appreciated the outstanding care provided for guests with gluten-free dietary requirements. Throughout my stay, I had someone who assisted me in choosing suitable meals and made sure I always felt safe and comfortable. This level of attention and care is something you rarely experience. I would also like to sincerely thank the hotel for taking such wonderful care of me even on the day of my departure. Despite checking out, they thoughtfully prepared a gluten-free lunch box for my journey. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed that their care for guests doesn’t end at check-out. This is one of the very few hotels where I truly felt cared for in every possible way. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, kindness, and attention to every detail. The location is great actually, it’s on the east coast of the island, so you can watch the sunrise on the beach every day. But it’s a little far from the city (stone town). The atmosphere was perfect from start to finish. Two highlights stood out each week: the pool dinner and the beach dinner, both dreamy and romantic settings. We were offered a private beach dinner just for the two of us, which was truly magical. The days were just as memorable, packed with sport activities like functional workouts, HIIT, and volleyball. I especially loved training with David Lewis, every session with him was awesome, and I already miss it. Every meal at the restaurant was a delight, with new dishes to try each day. The waiters made it even better, Omar Shabani and Courage in particular were super friendly, warm, and always a pleasure to talk to. Honestly, the entire staff went above and beyond. They made sure every second of our stay felt special -especially the guy from TUI called Ally-, and it truly was the best vacation we’ve ever had. Our room was very nice we had an amazing ocean view. The bed was very comfortable, the sofa was comfy as well and i liked the bathroom style. Special thanks for the cleaning stuff, our room was very clean always and it made us feel like we were at home. I never had trouble sleeping, even on the nights I turned in early (around 9:30-10 p.m.) while there was still music and activity happening around the pool. The sound never reached my room. The one exception was a wedding party at the pool one night; I could hear the music, but I was still able to fall asleep without any issue. All in all it was one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. Where to start…… what an unbelievable experience. The hotel is outstanding, the staff are all so welcoming. From the gardeners to the bar staff everyone had a smile and a very welcome Jambo. We learnt so much of the local lingo with all the staff, nothing was a problem. Having been to so many hotels all over the world this place has the best staff hands down. TUI should be so proud of what they have here and use this resort as an example of how all of there destinations should be. There really is so many people to sat thanks too for looking after us. Marcus and his boys in the pool bar, Yasinta has thought us so much and always met us with the biggest smile ever. I would definitely recommend a safari trip whilst staying here, we had the most amazing experience on our 2 day trip. We have always said never to go back to the same hotel but this is sooooooooo tempting to book again right now. If I was to find a fault and this is very picky the TUI entertainment team need to be more visible prior to activities starting rather than relying on the app to do the work for them, people respond to interactions more than an app.

Wonderful atmosphere and delicious food! The service provided by Deborah was flawless. She is an amazing waitress—so polite, quick, and full of positive energy. Highly recommend
