AluaSoul Sunny Beach

We are celebrating our honeymoon in AluaSoul and the staff of AluaSoul were super kind , polite and helpful. They surprised us with champagne and a fruit platter which really made me and my wife, Mary, super happy. The cleaning service and the restaurant were on point! We really recommend this hotel 100% we will definitely be coming back!

Arrived very late @ 23:30 so headed straight to the bar after putting the cases in our room with the porter. Told there was cold food available due to us arriving late 🤩 First impression was wow 😮 Bar closed at midnight but no problem getting drinks to take to our room with some food. First visit to the restaurant was at breakfast and again well impressed bright and clean food was very nice with plenty to go at and loads of tables with staff to clear them placed all around the room 🤩 Day by the pool for my birthday was very enjoyable again loads of sun loungers with fixed parasols and a table between every 2 loungers and spotless, again impressive. Everywhere you look someone was cleaning something. Back up to the room late afternoon to find a bottle of fizz with a card and two glasses 🥂 from the Hotel 🤩 We had been booked into the À la cart restaurant for our evening meal by family who had arrived 2 days earlier than us. Food in the restaurant again was excellent 👌 and again staff were fantastic. This was the theme throughout our stay 💕 Like a well oiled machine with lovely staff🤩 The bar was excellent and again spotless with fantastic staff who were mostly young but nothing was too much trouble for any of them. A credit to the bar manager and indeed the hotel 🏨 Yes we will definitely return to this Hotel 💕

Just back from 10 days at this lovely hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and found everyone so friendly. We were lucky to have a myclub room which looked straight out to sea. It was always clean and we were treated to a bottle of sparkling wine as it was my birthday while we were there. I made good use of the pool and the entertainment was very good.

Located close to Flower Street. Sunny Beach. Hotel was quiet, rooms clean. Food choices were good in main restaurant and snack bar. Close to local shops and bars. Beach literally just outside the hotel- clean and sandy. Only negative was pool- difficult to access as steps not marked out and no handrails. Pool and seating area cleanliness needs attention- although vacuumed and mobile cleaner used, floor still dirty and tables sticky. Debris in the pool not cleared by pool machine.

Reception staff very friendly and welcoming, room clean and comfy with nice view over pool and Black Sea. That’s about as far as it goes for the positives. We were not told about the benefits of the my favourite room other than the club lounge that we were able to get access to. Talking to other ‘black’ band guests we were told we also had a specific dining area in the restaurant and use of the cabanas around both quiet pool and entertainment pool. There is also a section around the quiet pool that is specifically for favourite club guests. Tried booking the à la carte restaurant and there was never anyone at the desk so asked reception staff who again were very friendly and helpful who took us to the lady who did the reservations. That’s where the friendliness ended. She was so rude and made us feel like such an inconvenience almost wish I hadn’t bothered to trouble her. The food is a bit hit and miss but there is always salad if nothing else. Spa staff happy to take your money not so happy to deliver what you pay for. There are also at least 4 staff in the spa stood around while the bin for hand towels in the changing room is overflowing, maybe that’s being picky but don’t think it would be much to ask for it to at least look appealing when you go in. I’m sure that many people will have a wonderful time here but it’s not for us.
