AluaSoul Sunny Beach

Firstly the location is good, only 30 minutes from the airport and sunny beach is lovely! It goes on for miles and the sand is amazing! Of a night time the clubs and bars are open and it’s very busy!!! The atmosphere of the hotel is ok, the staff are not that friendly and the evening entertainment is poor!! The Spot Night Club has 1 main event for an hour and after that everyone leaves at 10:30. Our room was nice. Deluxe double with a sea view, only issue is there is no coffee machine, this is an extra and the fridges are empty despite it being an all exclusive… also the bed was 2 large singles pushed together, we felt like we were sleeping in separate beds!!!!! Overall it was a nice holiday, the drinks and food were ok just a bit repetitive.

The hotel was excellent with its beach front location, great facilities and staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food was very good and a varied choose of restaurants to choose from. Also dealt with my mums dairy allergy very well and she had lots of choose to eat. The hotel inside and out was always very clean. Rooms were spacious. The pool areas were great with a quiet pool and another with back ground music playing. Plenty of walking possibilities along the beach and through the town. Only one negative was the seagulls making a lot of noise and pooing around and in the pool which was cleaned up regularly by the staff. Also they did steal food off the restaurants tables if left even when people were sat at the table. If this could be looked at it would be great as we heard other guests say the same. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 a.m., we were a little surprised when the reception staff told us to come back at noon for lunch. We left our luggage in the storage room and spent the next four hours walking around the city, tired and hungry after travelling all night. We ended up having breakfast at the nearby McDonald's. We had expected to be able to use the hotel's facilities immediately after arrival, especially after such a long journey. Fortunately, we received our room earlier than expected. Officially, check-in was at 3:00 p.m., but we got our room keys at noon. Unfortunately, entering the room was another disappointment. It was not properly cleaned. There was dust under the bathroom cabinet, the shampoo and shower gel dispensers were empty, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain. Another issue was that a lot of light came in from the hallway through the gap under the door. Every night we had to place towels along the bottom of the door just to make the room dark enough to sleep. Our representative arranged for the shampoo and shower gel to be refilled, but the floor was never cleaned. We decided to keep the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door for the rest of our stay. After that, however, we really started to enjoy our holiday. The food was excellent – there was always a huge variety to choose from, and we actually gained 3 kg! 😁 The cocktails were great, the desserts were absolutely delicious, and having food and drinks available all day was fantastic. The only thing that really spoiled the experience was the behaviour of some guests. If we wanted to get sunbeds by the pool, we had to wake up at 5:00 a.m. to reserve them with towels; otherwise, there was no chance of finding any later. Another issue was the noise at night. Drunk guests shouted under the balconies until late, and nobody seemed to deal with it. Groups of young men were drinking, shouting, and even urinating in the bushes below the balconies. In the morning, some of them were sleeping on the sofas near the lifts. There was also a group of British guests, around their fifties, who spent every afternoon drinking at the bar and continued shouting late into the night. Only around 1:00 a.m. did someone finally ask them to quiet down. We chose an adults-only hotel because we wanted a peaceful and relaxing holiday without the noise of children. Ironically, after this experience, we have decided that we probably won't choose an adults-only hotel again. The adults behaved far worse than children. It is a real shame because guests like this will eventually drive other visitors away. Despite these issues, the hotel itself is beautiful and modern, and the staff were always kind and friendly. Just back from a wonderful week at the AluaSoul Sunny Beach. Everything was on point. The hotel was spotless, with people cleaning at all hours. Food was excellent with good variety and constantly replenished. It was a cut above. The room was big and airy and the bed is huge and comfortable. Great walk in rain shower in the bathroom. The staff are a credit to the hotel. They work non stop. If a table is cluttered - zoom , it’s cleared and reset. You won’t stand long at the bar waiting to be served, it runs like clockwork. It’s a good sized spa and if you want to pay extra the massages are phenomenal. If you book in the first couple of days you get a discounted 3 treatment deal which I highly recommend. Lots of sun beds round the 2 pools but in high season of leave it after breakfast you’re likely to miss out . Fortunately the location is great, literally a minute from the beach. There you can rent sunbeds for around 16€ for the day. Or you can find free designated spaces where you sort yourself out. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel 100%.

We stayed at AluaSoul and We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We felt great throughout the entire holiday and would gladly return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant stay near the sea
