Grifid Hotel Vistamar

Hello. This is my second time visiting this hotel. After a first wonderful experience, unfortunately, a very unpleasant one followed. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. During the stay between 06/07/2026 -11/06/2026 money disappeared from our room. The money was in the room, and their disappearance was found on the last day of their stay, I want to mention that until the last day the money was in the safe. I immediately noticed the situation of the hotel representatives and asked for explanations and verification of what had happened. We consider it absolutely unacceptable that a guest cannot feel safe in their own hotel room. Regardless of the circumstances, such situations should be treated with the utmost seriousness and transparency by the hotel management. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled left us with a bitter taste and significantly affected the entire experience of the stay. After we stayed for about an hour because the IT department could not determine the person who used the access card for the camera (there are no rooms in the hallway) came the answer, that indeed someone opened the door around 10:00 just to check if we had cleared the room. I don't understand why someone has to check the room if the check-out is normally done at 11:00 - I think it could be announced at the reception when I left the cards and released the room... I recommend those who choose this hotel to be very careful with their personal belongings and to use the safe. Instead, I can say that the food was good and diversified as on the first visit.

Everything was excellent. The hotel was exceptionally clean, both in the rooms and throughout the common areas. The attention to cleanliness was truly impressive. We even saw the housekeeping staff vacuuming the walls and corners of the balconies, something we had never seen before, and that really stood out to us. Such attention to detail was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. A special mention goes to the animation and entertainment team. They were friendly, funny, and always made us feel welcome. They really added a wonderful atmosphere to our holiday! The food was also very good, with plenty of variety and options for everyone. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and were very happy with our stay. We highly recommend Grifid Vistamar and would gladly come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I be been visiting the hotel since last 13 years and so far we’ve never been disappointed. The hotel maintenance service quality and worth the money totally. This time I was impressed by the therapist Gergana Ivanova, I recommend everyone visiting the hotel to try her massage - she is a very good specialist in her area.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff is overall amazing: sweet and hardworking especially Cita he was just perfect. We don’t have any negative thoughts and we will be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Grifid Vistamar Hotel. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the overall service is excellent. I would especially like to thank Sara, the massage therapist at the sky area on the rooftop terrace. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire session. She made me feel completely relaxed and well taken care of. Her excellent service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend her and would definitely return to Grifid Vistamar Hotel!
