Hotel Sol Luna Bay Resort

We stayed here from 25th May to 1st June and had a wonderful family holiday - easily one of the best all-inclusive stays we've had. We arrived very late at night, and even though the restaurant had already closed, the staff offered us cold meats and cheeses without us even having to ask. It was a small thing, but it set the tone for how thoughtful and welcoming the whole team were throughout our stay. The accessibility and customer care really stood out. I'm registered blind, and from the booking stage the hotel could not have been more accommodating. They gave our youngest daughter, who is almost four, permission to join the kids' club even though she was technically a tiny bit young, and when I asked about our room on the final day, they let us keep it right up until our late coach at 8:25pm, completely free of charge. We've never been offered anything like that before, and it turned the last day from the usual limbo into a proper, relaxing end to the holiday. The layout is brilliant - everything is close together, so you're never far from the beach, restaurant, pools, kids' club or waterpark. There's an indoor pool, a huge outdoor pool (which I swam properly in), baby pools, and a waterpark just around the corner that's included in your stay. The beach is private, so we didn't have to pay the usual fee for a parasol and loungers, which saved us a fair bit over the week. There are also excellent boardwalks leading down to the many sun loungers, including one reserved for disabled guests. The kids' club was fantastic and clearly run by people who love what they do. There's a soft play area inside, and most days they took the children out for activities. Our daughters adored it. The waterpark was excellent too - a shallow baby pool with little slides that our youngest kept coming back to, plus some genuinely fast, thrilling slides for older children and adults. The food was plentiful and varied, with a great choice at every meal. The calamari was superb, and I really enjoyed a Greek-style turkey dish in olive sauce with rice; my partner had rabbit and a different fish every day. You can even choose your fried eggs runny or well done. Ice cream was available all over the resort from parlours and kiosks (our daughters were in heaven), and there were snacks whenever the main restaurant was closed - including hot snacks in the bar until 11pm, which we've never had on an all-inclusive before. The wine and beer on tap in the restaurant were genuinely good (rare for all-inclusive), and there was a good range of cocktails too. Our accommodation was much larger than we're used to - proper beds, a small living room with a sofa, and the children had their own twin room, with a good-sized four-chair balcony accessible from both rooms. We were also given a complimentary minibar worth €35 (Coke, water, Oreos, crisps and a couple of beers), which was a lovely and unexpected touch. The Wi-Fi was perfectly good in the room too. I treated myself to a 50-minute aromatherapy massage with rose oil (€79) which was gentle, very relaxing, and left me feeling the benefit for the rest of the holiday. A few small, practical tips rather than complaints: it can get a little cool in the room at night, so I'd pack pyjamas or a light blanket to be cosy. The floor around the indoor pool can get slippery with suncream and water, so it's worth wearing something on your feet through there. Our room had a wet-room-style bathroom, and the floor could have drained a little better, so next time we'd simply ask for a room with a better-angled floor. That really is the only thing we'd change. We will absolutely be coming back, and we've already recommended Luna Bay to friends. It gave us a relaxed, easy and joy-filled family holiday, and we can't wait to return.

Well where to start beautiful hotel right on the beach fabulous views out to the sea & onto Ozbor.food is excellent always something to choose from great choice's not always as hot as I would expect,but this is not something new in Bulgaria. The staff are it's true gem especially Sharif in the he lobby bar makes the best coffee by a mile but saying that they are all absolutely fantastic nothing is too much, & considering what they have to deal with day in & day out, our room cleaned every day if you wish. Entertainment team do there best too. Well done all at the Luna Bay. Home now to work off all the pounds I've put on. look forward to returning

This Hotel is Amazing,the staff are incredible,the food is very good,the grounds are immaculate,the staff and the manager should be very proud of the experience they provide,I have stayed in many 5 star hotels all over the world and this 4 star hotels beats them in every way,I will definitely be returning.

I stayed at this hotel four years ago, really enjoyed it, and decided to visit again. I just got back from vacation. I received chocolates for my second stay there. It was lovely. As for the hotel, nothing has changed. Everything was perfect (food, snacks, smiling waiters). The lobby bar was very pleasant. The view of the sea was beautiful. The entertainment team was great, especially thanks to Bobby. And the service manager, Nadja, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She really cared about the guests. Thank you. I will definitely come back. P.S. Sometimes I saw stray dogs or cats around; I hope they are being fed somehow, because I imagine a lot of leftovers are left. Best regards and thanks.

Excellent location friendly staff rooms are excellent clean towels and bedding everyday what let's this hotel down is food and entertainment the food was horrid we all got food poisoning the first night we had dinner ever since I've checked every piece of meat I got chicken was pink and bloody every time it is served which gave us food poisoning there is a selection of fresh salad and always multiple fishes on the menu dessert galore and fruit was hit and miss entertainment was astonishingly rubbish and un organised one moment it's in one location then somewhere else the kids team were amazing other issues we had all but the main restaurant was closed and the water park was dangerous my son went down a slide and it smashed his jaw off the side and really hurt him also the chlorine in the pools was so bad it made me swell with blisters all over my body and I could hardly get out of bed day time entertainment is rubbish/ non existent
