Excellent service, quiet rooms, great view, clean beach and water, delicious food in all restaurants, pools, water slides and lots of other entertainment for the kids. Everything is 10/10!

For several years now, my family and I have been spending our holidays at Sol Luna Hotel, and we always feel wonderfully comfortable and at home there. Every detail has clearly been thoughtfully considered, with genuine care for the guests. For children, the hotel is truly a little magical island — a place where they can enjoy themselves, feel free, and create wonderful memories. We always leave feeling happy, refreshed, and re-energised. The hotel team and management are consistently polite, attentive, and genuinely considerate towards their guests. Every year, I notice new details and thoughtful improvements, which I find truly delightful. I am especially pleased to see the care and attention given to guests with mobility difficulties. The hotel provides an exceptionally accessible, comfortable, and relaxing environment for them. In very few places have I seen such genuine consideration shown to every guest, without exception. Last but certainly not least, I am deeply impressed by the cleanliness — not only in the rooms, but throughout the entire hotel and on the beach as well. There is also a wonderful variety of cultural and entertainment programmes, particularly for children, but also for adults. The food is of a very high quality and offers an excellent variety of choices. And, for me personally, one of the loveliest and freshest little surprises is the refreshing mint and lime water served in the hotel lobby. Sol Luna is a place we are always happy to return to, and we look forward to coming back year after year. This hotel is brilliant! We are a family of four, with one older teen and an eight year old. We stayed in a two bedroomed family room with balcony overlooking the water slides in building 1. This would be our preferred side of the hotel being closer to the family friendly activities, kids pool and entertainment etc but nowhere is very far it’s all well thought through. The room was really big, good soundproofing in the second bedroom and very clean and good quality furniture and fixtures. Beds really comfy, air con worked great and the cleaners did a great job and came in daily if we needed it. The food choices in the main restaurant were good, and I recommend trying all of the different restaurant options. We especially loved the snack bar in the Italian restaurant at lunch times, we found it quiet and a nice change of pace. There are plenty of ice creams and drinks for the kids throughout the day. Pools are nice, always busy, expect the usual stupidity with towels- but saying that we usually found a couple of beds. The beach is lovely- the water is choppy but there are lifeguards to guide you to the calmest section. They were very visible and busy when we were there. Hotel entertainment was really good, the best we have experienced with an amazing acrobatic show from ‘varíete plan B’ we would all pay money to see them again. All the other shows were enjoyable as well as the obligatory mini disco! Kids club was nice. We did a trip to obzor town with the hotel shuttle bus - €3 each not free. Very nice town - recommend M’Ouzo restaurant. We also did an organised guided tour to Nessebar which we all enjoyed. Overall a wonderful experience with this hotel. Only slight issue is the uneven flooring around the pools, very much a trip hazard. I only mention it as my son has dyspraxia and I was always reminding him to be careful. I saw lots of people going for ‘little trips’ but no big falls. Not hotel related, but for reference Bougas airport is very slow, congested and stressful. Took us two hours to get through on arrival. Tui transfer was sub standard with no working air con on the mini bus and it took 90 mins due to the age of the bus!
