Terrible hotel, definitely not a 4* but a 2* I had diarrhoea and stomach cramps from the food. The rooms are dated, bed uncomfortable the food is awful and I can normally find something to eat wherever I go. Kids food corner non existent just 2 things in a warmer. Yes we were were in the heart of Synny beach but wow the streets are littered bins are full. People everywhere you cant move. I definitely wouldn't go back there it's a dump.

Just had the pleasure of being told by the hotel manageress that this food was perfectly safe to eat and is a matter of opinion even though the chef agreed it was undercooked and took it away from the buffet straight away. God knows how many other people have eaten it. Was told there was no means to report it only to see my rep. She told me after looking at my pictures that it was not raw meat. 🤦‍♂️

Limited and poor food quantity in restaurant including raw chicken . Snack bar is worst crunchy stale rolls. Had to eat out and I am not normally fussy. Reception staff do not seem interested. Restaurant staff look through you. My son cut is foot on glass at the pool. Overcrowded. Life guards call kids stupid. No.1 On my worst ever list. Beware if you choose this place
