Kuban Resort & Aqua Park

Ideal hotel with kids, rooms very dated, our Balcony over looked a Tin roof wasn’t impressed, beds are uncomfortable, cleaners are efficient, snack bar is great, food in restaurant repetative, reception staff helpful but miserable, kids entertainment are fantastic, pools clean & kids love water slides, hotel is right on flower street lots of bars, shops & takeaways open till early hours, Nessabar is definitely worth a visit by bus, little train or sea bus, not the place to be if you like peace & quiet, downfall kids spitting, throwing objects at people below off balcony,we couldn’t sit on ours due to objects thrown & bouncing off roof and covering our balcony, staff witnessed it but did nothing, lots of German, Romanian & polish the English guests found them to be very rude, no manners whatsoever, pushed passed people & don’t think queues apply to them, totally put me off Bulgaria, lovely place but not for me.

If your thinking about booking here don’t the staff look like they cant be bothered to be there and never even say please and thank you, the food is horrible hair in food and the same things every morning. At night the loud music would be on from clubs and go on till about 3-4 am so sleep is almost impossible, room was never clean properly at all, the lifts was a joke to try and get. Just a horrible place to stay at AVOID AT ALL COST

I've stayed at my fair share of not good hotels over the years...Kuban Hotel is definitely the winner of worst hotel. If you enjoy hair in your food, head lice in the furniture, rude service, a flock of seagulls around you as you try to sunbathe, THE WORST AND MOST BORING FOOD TO EVER GRACE YOUR PALATE, and if you want to eat locally expect to hand over double what you would pay at home. It was a cheap getaway for us, but honestly I need a holiday to get over this one. I implore anyone reading this to save your hard earned money and please look elsewhere. Buyers beware!
