Kuban Resort & Aqua Park

Location was great but the hotel left a lot to be desired.The rooms are very dated we stayed for 2 weeks not once did the beds get changed some days they didn’t even get made. Food was hit and miss I spoke to a few people who had been ill.The pool doesn’t open till 9pm so you need to queue up for a sunbed as soon as those doors are open it’s chaos people pushing and shoving, and the pool closes right on 6pm The entertainment wasn’t good at all and again didn’t start till 9pm which there was limited tables so if you didn’t queue you could not get one.. Staff are rude except for maybe a couple. The two bar staff in the games room bar (the man and the lady) always smiled. If you keep your room on it will cost 40 euros but don’t expect any clean towels because they are an extra charge. I saw one cockroach in the lobby but there was people saying they had them in their room. If you have children I’m sure they would enjoy the slides which is probably the only positive I can give about this hotel. I will return to Bulgaria but definitely not this hotel even if it was free!!

Weather was amazing that's it?? Staff unfriendly and rude. Rooms so old fashion and small. Balcony small and dirty. Food ok drinks ok. Pool full off hair when swimming. Slides great. Getting a bed in the morning nightmare opens at 9am and closes at 6pm on the dot. Would take a minute to look at other hotels in the area before booking this one. Just out side hotel to your left is a kebab and pizza place first one you come to viral food keep away.

Where do I start !!! Room are TINY and very dated ! You're given a key for it to use and if you loose it they charge 25e to change the locks , unlike normal up to date hotels with key cards that can be easily made new. The food is the main issue here, it is the worst food iv put to my mouth ! Better food served in prisons I reckon. I understand some all inclusive, kid friendly hotels mainly, have not the highest quality, but this is another level of being disgusting!! Staff are not too friendly nor helpful in reception, especially the blonde woman !! We lost our room key at the pool and reported it to her and she literally said there's nothing she can do about it until tomorrow and we may wait. Bare in mind we couldn't get into our room ??!!! Would never ever stay her again , and I wasn't the only person staying here to say the same !
