Such an amazing experience, everything was perfect. Food was delicious, fresh and tasty. Chef Rosen was in charge for everything and he was always there to make sure all of us we have a good time and food is always nice and fresh . Definitely recommend. I was impressed by Indonesian stuff , always helpful and smiling and kind . We will definitely coming back .

A 10/10 experience! This is our third time staying at this hotel and our fourth vacation within the Grifid hotels, and the services remain impeccable. The staff is extremely attentive to details. Special thanks to the reception team for the complimentary room upgrade and for the gift Also, warm thanks to the animation team, who were amazing with our little boy( Alex, Poli, Bobi) A very special thank you to Poli, who helped us arrange a wonderful birthday surprise for our son! The restaurant staff is always smiling and helpful, and the beach and bar services are excellent. The hotel is very clean, the food is varied and high quality, and the beach is well-maintained. We will definitely return in the fluture!
