​I would love to give a huge shoutout to two incredible animators who made our vacation absolutely unforgettable! Bobi did the impossible! Most of our group was actually terrified of the water, but with his amazing approach, patience, and fantastic energy, he helped us conquer our fear. Before we knew it, we were eagerly jumping into the pool for aqua aerobics! On top of that, everyone knows how easy it is to gain weight on an all-inclusive holiday. Thanks to Bobi and his energetic water workouts, we stayed in great shape and didn't put on a single pound. Our bodies (and our consciences) are extremely grateful! Alex is a pure powerhouse of talent! His exclusive, incredibly smooth moves and dancing skills are out of this world. But what he achieved during his bachata lessons deserves a medal. Alex managed to loosen up and teach the basic steps to even the stiffest guys who swore they couldn't dance to save their lives. Under his guidance, everyone caught that Latin vibe! They need a big tip!

Our family’s experience at the Sentido hotel, part of the Grifid collection, was truly enjoyable. I loved the welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived, the clean room, and the well-maintained outdoor pool. The only downside was that the pool closes at 6:00 p.m.—I’m sure many children would have loved to stay a bit longer. The food is delicious and, most importantly, always fresh. There is a wide variety to choose from. Chef Rosen is always present in the restaurant, paying close attention to every detail. Guests can also make reservations on the day of arrival for à la carte restaurants at the other hotels within the Grifid collection. For children, the ice cream is amazing, with plenty of flavors to choose from. It is available in the main restaurant during lunch and dinner, and there’s also an ice cream cart on the beach from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The coffee is excellent everywhere—in the restaurant, at the bars, and on the terraces. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the complimentary minibar is restocked every day according to what you have consumed. A very special person who helped us with all kinds of information was Katya, the Guest Relations Manager. You can find her in the hotel lobby every day from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., except on Saturdays. She made such a positive impression that I would happily return just because of her. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. I hope that at the end of the season, the hotel manager organizes a party for all the employees—both Bulgarian and Asian—because they work incredibly hard.
