A 10/10 experience! This is our third time staying at this hotel and our fourth vacation within the Grifid hotels, and the services remain impeccable. The staff is extremely attentive to details. Special thanks to the reception team for the complimentary room upgrade and for the gift Also, warm thanks to the animation team, who were amazing with our little boy( Alex, Poli, Bobi) A very special thank you to Poli, who helped us arrange a wonderful birthday surprise for our son! The restaurant staff is always smiling and helpful, and the beach and bar services are excellent. The hotel is very clean, the food is varied and high quality, and the beach is well-maintained. We will definitely return in the fluture!

My daughter and I came to this hotel for our vacation, and we were truly impressed from the very beginning. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of choices every day. We were given a beautiful room with a stunning sea view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. On our last day, although we had to wait before leaving, the hotel kindly provided us with another room of the same high standard. It was also beautiful and very comfortable, and we really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. The hotel offers fantastic activities and entertainment for children. My daughter was incredibly happy here and had an amazing time every single day. Seeing her enjoy herself so much made our holiday even more special. The beach is beautiful, and the sea is absolutely breathtaking—crystal clear and perfect for relaxing and swimming. All the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. We had a wonderful holiday, and we are already looking forward to coming back. We will definitely spend our vacation here again next year. Highly recommended!
