Sol Nessebar Palace All Inclusive

Dear Staff, Thank you for the perfect clean room paired with the amazing seaview. It was just like a picture! At all the whole holiday was brilliant,the meal,bars, watersports,animation and etc.,except the sunbed wars early in the mornings! May be there must be an another system for sunbed reserving. We recently stayed at Sol Nessebar Palace and it was a great choice. The food was amazing – honestly, the best we’ve ever had on a holiday, with plenty of variety every day.Special thanks to the lovely lady who cleaned room 140 between 28.07.2026 and 07.08.2026. She did a fantastic job and surprised us every day with creative towel figures! On August 5th, she even left us a handwritten note wishing us a safe trip because she was off the next day. Her kindness and positive energy made our stay unforgettable. She is a real treasure for this hotel, and we hope management rewards her hard work.Highly recommended! Most of staff very rude 1 receptionist Ani lovely and most pool bar staff very nice Food was nearly the same everyday undercooked and luke warm Did not have 1 meal hot during our stay My daughter had a melt down due to lack of food available Definitely should not be a 5 star resort Lovely hotel just most of staff not interested If you were Bulgarian or German then staff was lovely As for flumes Life guards not great and very rude Hairdressers very rude Nothing nice say about hotel and Definitely won't be returning We spent alot of money for this holiday and saved for few years and one of the worst experiences every

A great place to spend your vacation with family. Big room, sea view, very clean and tidy, amazing food, drinks, snacks. Private beach, water slides in the hotel, spa. Very friendly and welcoming personnel. If you are thinking where to go, I recommend.
